“This company is a disgrace. I ordered items in January and February 2021 that still haven't arrived, so decided to cancel the orders as I could get the items elsewhere much faster. However, they're refusing to give my money back, saying they don't take payment until dispatch, but I sent bank statements proving otherwise and now they're just ignoring my messages. Avoid this site at all costs, absolute scammers! They deserve 0 stars!”

“Disgusting service. Done a pre order in November, cancelled last month as still not received even though the items are in the shops. They have my money as paid through pay pal and money went from my bank account to PayPal but they are trying to say they don’t have my money and they don’t take the money until dispatch time. Lot or rubbish. Thieves that’s all,they are. Will never buy from them again”

“I ordered a pop in January it's now almost August and I have yet to receive it. I have seen this pop months ago in stores and actually bought it on Amazon and got it in a day. I tried hitting cancel on my order. Then received a message saying I cannot cancel it. I sent another message asking why can I not cancel and now I'm being ignored.”

“Ordered a pop in October 2020. It’s July 2021, and I have not received it. I recently moved, and now they’re telling me I can’t change the delivery address even though nothing has been sent yet. I waited 9 months for this pop and will never get it because they lied about having this product. It’s ridiculous. Don’t ever order from this website.”

“Lucky if they turn up - Take 4 months for something to be sent and don't accept address changes. Therefore if you can't get access to your previous address, or they deny receipt, PoP in a Box and by extension The Hut Group, couldn't give a hoot if you get your goods as long as they get their money. AVOID! Look at Trustpilot and you'll see that this is a common theme.”

“One of worst geek stores ever used. I bought 3 Pop! in April 2020 and they sent me just 1. More than a year later the other 2 have not been sent to me yet. This is it´s embarrasing for a geek store. Constantly they are saying me I can cancel my order, and I´m sure they want this becouse now they must pay custom taxes for shipping to me. This is a shame”

“So ordered 4 in stock pops in November 2020 for a Christmas gift... Over the next 5 months I've received two of them, it's now May 2021 and I'm being told that it's due in September 2021. Really couldn't get much worse. How are they still in business? Customer service is nil.... Well service is nil really. Absolute turd of a company”

“Preordered a pop in August of 2020 that was to be released in November. Never got it. When I looked at my order it said that it would be release in January now. March 2021 comes round and I still hadn't received my preorder. I cancelled it but was initially told that I couldn't cancel it. I emailed them and it was finally cancelled. The prices seem great but the reality is that this is a waste of time and money. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere.”

“For the first few months everything was fine then I started getting pops with minor damage and the box it was posted in had no damage at all then I started getting pops with major damage and a lot of it was deliberate damage done by their warehouse staff. This is how your loyalty is rewarded avoid this company at all costs because YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. They should be closed by the authorities”

“Order placed April 2020. Still waiting for the product. Asked them to cancel the order, they told me they have, order status says otherwise. Not sure I'll ever get my money back. Avoid this company, if you do get what you ordered it's likely you'll have a long wait for it.”

“Avoid this abysmal thieving scam of an operation disguised as an online funko pop store. No contact phone number. Emails sent to you regarding your issue cannot be replied to. They will outright lie to you in said emails. Their reply to my Nov 2020 order still not fulfilled in March of 2021 was “it was a pre-order so it hasn’t been released yet”. That’s perplexing as I saw them on the shelf at hot topic last week. Customer service is complete trash. Order your pops anywhere else. Avoid these charlatans like the plague.”

“Omg what a bunch of hypocrite lolll real real crosseur. They do everything not to cancel. Apologize for pretending to have made a mistake or for saying suddenly not received the message on time and patiently waiting for payment to clear to you in writing. Each time it's a new excuse. Real thieves. Save yourself by running and buy elsewhere. Never dealt with such disloyal. Will always give you hogwash not to reimburse you. Hypocrite I'm sure that even on this site they will do the same lol. No”

“Worst company ever. I ordered a figure in November of 2020 it is now March of 2021 and still have not received my figure. I have emailed them numerous times to no avail. There is no phone number to call either. Stay away from this company at all cost!!!”
