The worst site for customer service I have ever come across! Placed an order in November for a birthday in January and half of it still hasn’t arrived! (The first part arrived in February but I wasn’t informed only half would be arriving). I have contacted them on live chat a number of times to be told the item is out of stock and given a new date, however, I can still go onto their website and order the exact same item! Plus I am unable to cancel because they have already taken the full amount and because it was in an offer they won’t refund. I will never order from this site again.

I ordered 4 Figures the first 2 took a lot of time but the others didn’t arrived. So I contacted them. First they helped me and the last thing I got was a Mail who said that they will look whats with my other two figures and they will contact me again. But they didn’t contacted me again, so I contracted them again and reminded them that they wanted to contact me back about the 2 figured that didn’t arrived. The answer I got was that they think Im a scammer. This was all. They didnt wanted any proofs or stuff, they just said that they thing Im a scammer THAT WAS THE WHOLE MAIL. So I contacted the support again and told them I can proof my order bc I have all the Ordering-Mails and the Bills. Now I have to wait what’s happening next but I already didn’t recommend buying anything from them. (sry if my english is bad)

My first order in Autumn 2020 was okay, expect it took a lot of time. In my luck the figures were not damaged despite packaging being really poor with no protection. However my most recent order from last Christmas - haven't yet arrived. I don't live in UK so I don't expect miracles, but it's so ridicilous and if I ever receive the pop I have the urge to still demand a refund, for my nerves. Communication is impossible because the inbox is always full and I have to re-send every email. Communication is slow and unefficient. As my order took over 22 days I contacted them and after troubling messaging they sent me another one. Tomorrow it's over 20 days again. They have promised a tracking and sent a tracking number but when I try to search it it says that my order isn't trackable. I've contacted about this but they totally ignored me. The tracking numbers don't work and I would be fine with a orer without one, but as they promise you this, it's suspicious. I've started to believe they never sent me my figure and are scamming me. Since there is no tracking and no proof of replacement other than an email. I have received packages from random sellers from Ebay with promised over 2 month shippings within weeks. Why can't a licenced business do what they promise? I will never order anything from then and unless they have something you really can't get anywhere else, please don't waste your time on them. I have had to push back some of my plans because of this and it's really frustrating. I've had better communication from a store in a totally upside down time-zone and more information. Don't waste your time, money or braincells to them.

HORRRIBLE BUSINESS to deal with. They took my money and did not ship the product. My 11 year child is devastated and has lost his confidence in online buying. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

In nov I pre ordered an item for jan 2021. Jan comes along and date is set back to mar 2021! Canceled my order. Found cheaper on Amazon. Another order in transit for 3 weeks and its not moving. Never order from them again!

Terrible service. Ordered 2 funko pop for £18.99 plus delivery for £2.99 - they shipped one item and took out £12.98 and I had to wait4 months to be told they had cancelled the rest of my order because the item wasn’t longer available and what do I find - it’s miraculously back in stock but they cannot reinstate my order because it was cancelled so I have to repurchase and pay additional postage. It’s not a fortune but it feels like a scam.

Absolut scam and the worse customer service ever. Pre-ordered an item in August 2020, supposed to be available and sent out end of October and I was expecting it end of November (Advent Calendar) but now we are end of January 2021 and I still have not received it. Battling to receive answers from the customer service, no discount or refund gesture... Also did not display my 1 star rate/review on the product page under the ones from people that have actually received their product in time !! AVOID !!!

So bad unreal sent me lots of damaged pops then blocked me for too many damaged pops?? I sent proof and everything not professional at all even blocked me on twitter avoid there so bad its unreal

Just dreadful. Set up a subscription for my Son, none od the Pops he wanted were ever in stock. I noticed when I checked the whereabouts of our December Pop it wasn’t my address on the shipping confirmation. Live chat unavailable, inbox constantly full, Facebook messenger messages answered by several different people telling me not to worry! Demanded management contact me today find out my account had been hackec (since December) took a manager to tell me someone had added a new address to my account in November! Absolutely appalled. Subscription cancelled and given £10 credit, sadly everything my son wanted is out of stock!!! Do not waste your money

Wouldnt even give one star. PLEASE! Do not waste your time or money. I have never reviewed anything before but with this I just had to for the sake of others. I ordered 3 things the start of November which said they’d be released the same month, later on it changed to February, annoying but I can still wait. Now today (6th jan) I’ve just been charged a random £7.48 from my bank for absolutely no reason, still no products and have already paid for what I ordered months ago. They’re an absolute scam and not trustworthy at all.

This company has gone down hill so much. Sad. Company used to be good, great customer service (USED TO BE). Now? I have been charged twice in the last month when I didn't order anything, customer service is like trying to argue with a brick wall. They don't seem to understand or really care what has happened to you. Lost a customer for life once this gets resolved with my bank. I would suggest buying and supporting another company. One that's worth it and has the customer service it should have. (I would put my order number in however they dont update my orders so my last order was from 2019) Cant even get that right.

I pre-ordered the Tobi pop in advance because I wanted to get it for my boyfriend for Christmas, I even checked up when it was in stock and it was just processing for ages, it’s been over a month and I emailed them before asking about why it was still processing and they told me that I will hear about it shipping in a few days, it’s now Christmas Eve and they have just said that they are out of stock and have cancelled my order. I’m actually enraged because 1, I pre-ordered it so it wouldn’t go out of stock before I could buy it and 2, they left until last minute and told me they were going to update me on shipping it a few weeks back only to now email me that actually, no, it’s out of stock and been cancelled. I will never be ordering from it again and I expect they better give me my money back so I can actually get my boyfriend a present. If I could I would rate it 0 stars.

They are an overall bad experience! Customer service is just horrible and I’m not gonna recommend this site ever. Waiting on my orders that have zero status update info available. I’m not even sure they will send my products. I’m waiting a bit but my next move is contacting my credit card company to label them as fraud! They just are not professional! Beware and stay away

I wouldn’t order from these. I placed an order on the 6th of October for 10 Funko pop figures for Christmas presents spending nearly £100.00. I’ve received 2. I’ve sent numerous messages asking where the rest of my order is. I’ve been told that I won’t receive the rest till next year. I’ve tried to get a refund and cancel the 8 I’m still waiting for as it’s too late for them to be Christmas presents but I’ve heard nothing. The money has been taken but no one will get back to me. I could really do without the stress as I’m recovering from breast cancer. Can someone please sort it out.

I pre ordered 2 pop figures in September 2020 ... Still waiting! Messaged 3 times now always told it being processed....quick enough to take your money though, so annoyed and can't phone them. Seen the same items in shops since September could have bought them there. A shame I had to click 1 star

I arranged a PITB subscription of Disney pop figures. I ordered lots that were on but now (so available) on one order than I set up a subscription. I have received half of one order which is fine. The main issue I have is that they have charged me 2 months already for the Disney pop subscription but I have not been sent any out at all. I am furious.

Ordered an item in October that was due in stock in late November. I have now been told that the item is out of stock and I wouldn't receive it until after January, leaving me without a Christmas present. Scam.

Waste of time ordering from them. I pre-ordered an item two weeks ago, it is now showing as out of stock on their website. How can something be out of stock suddenly if you had nothing to sell in the first place? Like many people have said here, I should have read the reviews prior to placing an order. Awful, awful company. I have also noticed they love to reply to the (very, very few) good reviews on review websites, but ignore the bad ones (which is about 90%)! Guess ignorance is bliss. I hope this review saves at least one person from ordering from this embarrassment of a company.

They suck. Don’t change your address, they can’t divert your orders. They won’t refund orders if they aren’t returned in this scenario even though we know people steal packages.

Scam! Do not Purchase from this company. They shipped it in a very small box. It was difficult to take out. Once opened there were noticeable cuts from top to bottom of the pops box from what looked like a box cutter done by someone in the warehouse. They knew they shipped me a damaged product and didn’t care. I Requested a replacement of some sort but all they agreed to do was give me partial credit or a 25% refund.The pop itself was $29.99 I declined their offer and requested a full refund if I shipped it back to them. The email stated they would only refund me back my money if the product was unused or in “pristine condition” It doesn’t make any sense. The product they sold me was damaged already. So basically it’s them saying yea we are taking back the damaged pop we sent you and not refunding you anything at the same time. Don’t waste your time with Pop in a Box. They ship them in the cheapest cardboard boxes they can get and don’t add bubble wrap or any other form of protection. The chances of it arriving in great condition is slim and the chances of you getting your full refund is zero.
