“I like to feed my family healthy balanced meals and it's the same for my dogs. I want them to eat well and be fit and healthy. They find Poppy's Picnic raw food delicious and literally lick their bowls clean after every meal. They have soft shiny coats, so the benefits of their diet are definitely visible”

“Best thing to ever happen to my dogs ! One of my dogs (English bulldog) is lazy and I have to drag him out of the bed in the mornings, the other (king Charles cavalier) has had a dodgy belly since being a pup. I tried everything prescription diets, antibiotics etc nothing worked. I decided to switch to raw and stumbled across Poppy's Picnic on allaboutdogfood where they had excellent reviews. I took the plunge and ordered. The food arrived and as soon as the box was in the kitchen the boys were in sniffing and wagging their tails ! Well I gave them dinner and for 2 dogs who were used to grazing all day, I have never seen food disappear so fast..they LOVED it ! The boys have been on Poppy's for just other a month now and it's the best thing I have ever done. They have shinier coats, brighter eyes and all tummy problems have long gone, they are even up and wagging at 7 for breakfast every morning ! Thanks Poppy and team, myself, Dexter and Charlie are very glad we found you”

“Really pleased with our first order of Poppy's Picnic, great, friendly communication, fast delivery, well packaged and Ru, who's a fussy eater, licks the bowl clean. We bought a starter pack with 14 meals but will be getting the larger box next time! The meals contain flax seed oil and spirulina, both of which help dogs with environmental allergies which Ru suffers from. I have noticed a change in Ru already after 8/9 meals of Poppy's picnic, he is definitely less itchy and today was our first walk on grass in 3 weeks with no irritated skin! Yippeeee! Thank you Poppy's Picnic! xx”

“I found out about Poppy's Picnic when I did a google search for raw food that was prepacked. Loved the name so of course I had to find out more about it. I was very impressed with the website, easy to navigate, really liked the ethos of the company with the emphasis based on local suppliers, and the price was comparative with the kibble that I was buying for Wally, my whippet who is just 1yr. He's always eaten everything and anything that he could find, but always suffered from awful poo that were huge and very smelly! After trying different brands I thought that I would give Poppy's Picnic a try. It was delivered on Wednesday and he was most intrigued by the packet and would have eaten if frozen given half a chance. He started the food on Thursday and by Saturday his poo was a normal size, and more importantly they didn't smell!! He's gone from having 6-7 poos a day to just 1-2! I'm happy and I'm sure his stomach and gut are much happier. He loves the food, bowl is always licked clean and he comes back to double check that it has all gone. I will definitely be recommending this and I am so pleased to have found it.”

“Delivery is always on time and my 2 dogs never ever leave anything, they enjoy it so much and always have plenty of energy. Poops are good, just wish there were more flavours.”

“I started Merlin on raw food about 16months ago and tried 3 different brands - Poppy’s Picnic was one and to be fair he liked all of them. Then someone told me that I could get raw locally at half the price and that her dogs thrived on it. ( I was also recommended this food by a dog trainer and vet nurse so price wasn’t the prime consideration. In fact the price had put me off for a long time as I have always believed you get what you pay for). So I started to buy from them - very close to me so easy to go and collect. However! The food smelled very strong and after a few months Merlin was starting to have problems with one ear and his energy levels were way down ( he’s not 3 yet and he was plodding about like an old dog). It was my husband that made the connection with the food I was getting, so early in the New Year I placed an order with Poppy’s and the difference within 2 weeks was amazing. I will be starting a subscription soon and Merlin and I can’t thank you enough!!”

“I ordered my first hamper of Poppy’s Picnic mince at the weekend and it arrived in wonderful packaging yesterday, complete with a cute gingham bow tie. I was a bit nervous to switch my Ollie to raw but the team fully suported me during his change from kibble. All in all - we're happy!”

“Our dogs have always had minor digestive problems, that is until we started them on Poppys Picnic raw food. They love it & they are no longer antisocial (Unless they’ve scavenged something outside!) The website is easy to use & I’m most impressed with the delivery. They send a confirmation email & on the morning of delivery they give you an hour delivery slot. It’s well packaged & is still frozen solid when it arrives.”
