I order a designer purse. Total fake! Never trust this site. Figured it out but took me 2 weeks and now, no return , out all my money !

I was over charged at checkout. The seller counter offered me a price that I excepted. I was charged rhe original price when I paid. It's such a hassle to get any help. Nobody is available for 24 hours. Customer service sucks and I wont buy anything anymore 😕

Bought a pair Rag & Bone shoes on Poshmark, they arrived dirty & damaged. I wanted to return them to the seller for a refund and Poshmark declined request. Just nasty!

We have been attempting to fix an application error for 3 days now, we keep getting the typical copy and paste message asking us to wait 24 hours, the problem is it's been an additional 48 hours and our account is still locked with no access to input our information. With a simple google search you may view that many many sellers are experiencing this same issue! We have $600 worth of items to ship but we are unable to generate shipping labels, because your platform will not allow us to input our information. This has been one of the worst selling experiences I have ever had, this has been the worst customer service I have received from an application being a top rated seller. We simply need to input our tax information to proceed with business, but there is a problem with the application not allowing us to input, day after day it says ( Please try again in 24 hours ). At this point Issuing refunds and closing our account with Poshmark seems like the easiest option , as we can see based on customer service, there will be NO HELP, just a copy and Paste email response asking you to wait 24 hours. ( The application says that ) we don't need an email to tell us to do the same thing the application says? What is customer service for? Thanks for Nothing! Amanda

I am going today to buy a Ikea "Lack" side table in white. I googled to see how much, I know they are very cheap. One Poshmark it is selling for $50 and they LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND SAY that $50 is the normal price. NO, YOU LIARS, THEY ARE BRAND NEW AT IKEA OR ONLINE FROM IKEA FOR $12.99 or somet$9.99. Another scummy thing about Poshmark is that they delete the majority of negative ads, so that they show 4-5 star average. In review sites not controlled by Poshmark, where people can be honest and still be posted, their average is 1-2 stars. You can always tell a really, really bad company this way. It means they put all their effort into faking good reviews instead of treating customers and vendors fairly.

Ordered Aerosole shoes that had a hard rubber sole stiff as a board, no bend or give , not described as such. No size marked inside the shoe. Numerical size 9 on bottom of shoe but no width. Listed as size 9 M but nothing on the shoe shows a width. I wear a M width. The shoe was a Wide width as I walked right out of them. Sole of shoe was hard rubber, no bend or give. . Poshmark would not let me return them.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from different sellers. One canvas pair ran a sz smaller than stated. Sole was worn down. Must have been washed and dried and shrunk. The other pair had a rubber sole in better shape, but hard as a rock. Shoe had no give or bend to it at all. Like trying to walk on a wooden ski. There was no size or width inside the shoe. On the soul, it simply gave the number, but no width. When I tried to take a step, my foot just came up out of the shoe it was so wide. Poshmark refused to let me return either pair total cost for both was almost $50 not cheap. Tried to attach 4 photos for one shoe and 3 for the other but got msg saying you could not upload one of my files, no pics show. Says contact support. How and where do I do that?

Horrible costumer service. All the trouble I went through could have been prevented if poshmark really cared and would respond to emails in a timely manner, not a day later. Now I can't even delete the account cause they make it impossible to do so. Buyers/sellers BEWARE!!!

Info notifications at 10 pm on my cellphone Repeatedly hit unsubscribe since August 6th But so far they haven’t stopped I had to take the posh app off the cell phone to stop

I've been trying to contact Poshmark Support Center for the past whole week and i keep getting the same message you will contact me in 24 hrs. and it's the same thing over and over, what type of support center is this, terrible service, very unprofessional, lack of response, no consideration whatsoever. I see LOTS! of COMPLAINTS! on facebook and now i see why, Very BAD!!! business. Why do i need a recipt for authenticity of a cheap peice of jewelry i listed, i don't understand, never heard of anything like this, what kind of crab is that? I see a lot COMPLAINTS! on Facebook and now i see why, very BAD!!! business. Some comments i saw on Facebook suggest the company is racest.

Poshmark is now asking for social security information to send a 1099 tax form on used items I've already paid taxes on. Really! They already charge like 20% of what I make because they think they are professional and market your items ok whatever. So I suggest if you are selling used items switch to Facebook Market or Mercari. I'm sure Poshmark will loose most of its cliental with this request. Companies always have to up their so called game thinking it's the best choice however, this was a horrible move on a bad corporate idea. If poshmark is even that big.

The first item I bought on Poshmark was a size other than what was advertised. Poshmark gave the the run-around and refused my return request. I would recommend a different retail site with industry standard return rules and better customer service.

BUYER BEWARE . I purchased a tote that was advertised as a Ruby pink, but what I received was a pastel pink tote. The only qualification for returns is if item does not appear as advertised, And they denied my ability to return the item. I asked for a return immediately upon receipt of the item, and it took a couple weeks for them to even make a determination. They have a bad return policy and bad customer service. I would not recommend Poshmark to anyone!

I enjoy Poshmark. I have been using it for several years now. It has always been easy to navigate and resolve issues, However, now that they do the live auctions, you cannot cancel accidental purchases. My son was playing a game on my phone when he swiped away a notification. I got a congratulations on your purchase. 😞 I have sent an email and hopefully this will be resolved. If so, I will update my review.

As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe permanently from this horrible seller I absolutely will! I purchased a pair of used shoes. They were the exact same size as another pair I have but don't fit me right when I asked about returns they told me yeah no that doesn't happen here. The only way that you have recourse on this site is if the seller does something wrong.DONT BUY STUFF ON HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE YOU CANT GET IT ELSEWHERE AND YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN. I'm permanently done with this horrible seller.

I agree with all the negative reviews. It’s a terrible company which protects dishonest sellers. I believe my story is repetitive, but I still decided to post. I hope it will convince people to stay away from them. I ordered a tankini size Small. I am a regular US size S. When it was delivered I could not squeeze in to it. The sizing was off it fitted like XXS. When I opened a dispute to return it due to a wrong description, the seller harassed me by writing an angry message (how professional!) stating that it was my fault that I didn’t ask for the measurements. Like seriously?:))) She stated she didn’t know the sizing was off, which is an obvious lie. Most pf her listings were size S, so I am sure she is size S as well. Guess what, Postmark supported her and I am stuck with a merchandise that I can’t use on which I spent $30. They are pathetic and cheap. The whole experience was pretty unpleasant. So do yourself a favor and stay away form this fraudulent semblance of a company.

To sum it up. Everything. Terrible online shopping experience. Policies are all complex. Especially returns. No phone support. Wrong item description. First and last purchase. Low level online shopping site.
