Be aware of false advertisement Poshmark allows. I bought pajama showing both top and pants on the picture and I only received the top. Poshmark is not helping me with this issue. They won’t allow me to return it and get money back. I totally overpaid for a used piece of pajama top.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THIS WAS NOT SUBMITTED EITHER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

A complete waste of time to search locate and buy an item, THEN Most of my ordered are cancelled. Excuses given are usually damaged item or other. I suspect that the seller sells on another platform for more money and do not honor the sale with me.

I have had 2 horrible experiences; paid for something I did not like, they would not refund me, response was lame, protective and biased. They are cruel, judgmental and all about money, not customer satisfaction. They are rude and greedy, sell fake merchandise but swear it's not and I happen to know someone in China selling knock offs. They have some protective legal system where you can't sue them. I deleted my account and hope they get their karma. They are a horrible company and I am very irritated by the lack of support, over a pair of fake Fendi sunglasses of all things. HORRIBLE customer service.

I have only ever had good experiences with Poshmark sellers. I read some of these reviews and can't believe the experiences. I just received a pricey item of jewelry in perfect condition as described very quickly. I have had only good experiences,EXCEPT one occasion during which Poshmark refused to accept a return that was clearly listed incorrectly. That is the only incident. Sellers,otherwise,have been excellent.

My customer service person was absolute terrible. I was having problems processing th payment from people and I asked if they’re was a different alternative then the one she presented and she told me she permanently disabled me form selling any items.

Sweater was listed as size XL with chest size listed...looked good. However, upon delivery, I discovered the sweater with a chest measurement of 42 inches had a hip measurement of 36 inches. This is not XL sizing for any brand in any country! Poshmark decided the problem did not rest with the seller who neglected to list the one descriptive item that would have limited the sale. Poshmark decided the buyer was at fault for not asking ALL pertinent questions. "If you had inquired the hip size of the XL item, the seller would have responded." So Buyer Beware: Sellers can use fraudulent methods to make an item more attractive, and it's the buyer's responsibility to ferret out the methods; Poshmark will support unethical sellers.

I bid on a three wick candle from Michellesworld. She accepted my offer. 58 min later I’m notified I’ve been cancelled. She sold to someone else after accepting my offer and charging my credit card. What kind of sleazy outfit is this? Unprofessional without a doubt. Steer clear of this trash company.

Placed order. Got confirmation number. Days later order was cancelled with no explanation why. Seller was unreachable by message. First and last time I order from this garbage company.

Horrible customer service! I bought a handbag and gave simple instructions regarding not to ship via USPS because they do not deliver to my street address and PM will not deliver to my PO box. The seller said, "sounds good" but apparently did not read my message because she turned around and shipped via USPS! The package was inevitably returned. Instead of reshipping the less than bright seller got tier 2 involved and THEY instructed her to refund my money! I did not want a refund! I wanted the product! Then seller got her little feelings hurt and would not repost the item for me to repurchase. Tier two clearly on sellers side and would not intervene on my behalf. This site is clicky as evidence by the stupid "closet" option. Not professional not reliable. I found a similar product from another seller At PM and tried to buy but this dumb seller did not respond and was listed as "not active" . If so remove your s"*t from the site lady! Beware on this site it is run loosy goosey.

I never received my order and I cannot get back to Poshmark for a refund. I have given up, but I just want to warn people. This is not a company you want to deal with.

Poshmark allows fake watches to be sold regularly even after you report item. There is no phone support, only email. Poshmark customer service is horrible.

Zero and I mean zero customer service and they just don't care. Its been 4 days after I opened 2cases and NO response I sent 2 emails about different issues and the response sounded like they read someone elses email but responded to mine. They are lazy and just don't care

Terrible customer service. Can't get anyone. I have uses 3 different emails with these clowns because over time they will require identity verification but when you go through the steps it won't work. So...you create another email and it will work for a while and then they will so it again. The tell tale sign is when they put "Not for Sale" on your picture icon. I'm thinking it's a bunch of libtard blue haired people out in California pushing all this nonsense. I've been on Ebay since 1999 and NEVER had all these stupid issues for No Reason.

I just opened an account yesterday. As I have many clothes I have never used and some I have used once, I thought it would be a good idea to make some money. They first ask for your card information, then, shockingly, for your account balance. Why do they want to know how much I have in my checking account? I think it is a scam website. There should be other ways to verify people.

Order: 667158ad67755d312a4bdc97 Ordered a used Louis Vuitton bag. The description said there was a scratch on the back of the bag on the leather. No problem. I receive the bag and the front hardware is chipped. NO where in the listing did it say that the hardware was chipped, neither did the seller upload close pictures of the hardware to see the damage. I asked poshmark to be able to return this bag or to get a discount to fix the damage and they refused either solution stating that the listing shows a correct description. WHICH IT DOES NOT, since it never stated the chipped hardware. I have been buying and selling non stop for a decade with poshmark, they have become extremely fraudulent letting sellers get away selling junk as long as the can make a buck. They will go bankrupt very soon if this continues since places like ebay are offering authencity and quality control for luxury items. If you are new to this company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I will stop using them after 10 years as a loyal posher. REFUND ME ASAP FOR THIS DAMAGED ITEM!

I joined Poshmark and sold two items. I tried to get approval to get paid for the items and spent over five hours over two separate days on the phone trying to get them approved. When I asked how I could get this fixed I received a chat message that said “we can give you your money back, you have to take picture of yourself bra or no bra & we will send you an additional $150, or you can just approve the charge” When I said, I was reporting them they told me I would never get my money back. Please note this was after approving over $1500 in charges that did not get credited and I had to cancel two accounts. I emailed customer service and was just told that all this was for my security. Do not set up a Poshmark account as a seller! I did purchase one thing I have not received it yet, so I cannot tell you how that transaction will go.
