“Can't edit/change previous review, which may give a false "image" No issues with Power Tools. Issue is purely with Royal Mail(Parcel Force) locally, has been an issue for 2yr's +. Not unreasonable for Power Tools to believe that a Tracked/24 Hr/Signed for Delivery would get through (Nb. Delivery made, on 11th Day)”
