“Unfortunately, despite accepting my order I received an email a couple of days later saying the product ordered was unavailable. Power tools direct refunded the money charged to my account immediately so no worries on that score. My only gripe would be that the website should be updated to reflect all items out of stock, as some where indicated as out of stock but definietly not the product i ordered. I may try again but will perhaps ring up first to see if items is really in stock”

“I was expecting to receive my fence paint on Friday last week but it arrived on the Wednesday afternoon, which meant I was able to paint 2 panels of the fence with one coat of paint by the end of Friday which was great as it was too cold to paint over the weekend. Thank you for your prompt delivery. Very happy”

Hi we do send all communication via email which for a standard order is largely automated. Perhaps the emails were filtered into spam by your email client?
