“My only complaint was that I ordered what I thought was a "pair" of trestles. When they arrived I found there was only one. When I rang the Company they explained that they were sold singularly and offered to sell me another one without any charge for delivery. I felt that the service I received was very good but I think it needs to be much clearer on the website that these items are sold individually as I think most people would assume them to be sold as a pair.”

“A good service spoilt by poor packaging. I ordered a 5 lt tin of stone floor shine, the base of the tin has been dented, I presume in transport, due to insufficient packaging around the base of the item”

“the parcel delivery was poor ? it took a week to arrive. and the parcel looked like it had passed through a herd of elephants? this was not the fault of :power tools direct ; but i suggest they use a different carrier in future ?”
