“all ok, just the courier let them them down, when an item is marked fragile you expect them to take extra care, but the courier had to drag out my item that was being crushed under all the other boxes that looked like they were thrown in. I just hope this has not damaged the item but it seems ok at the moment, so we shall see.”

“My only complaint was that I ordered what I thought was a "pair" of trestles. When they arrived I found there was only one. When I rang the Company they explained that they were sold singularly and offered to sell me another one without any charge for delivery. I felt that the service I received was very good but I think it needs to be much clearer on the website that these items are sold individually as I think most people would assume them to be sold as a pair.”

“A good service spoilt by poor packaging. I ordered a 5 lt tin of stone floor shine, the base of the tin has been dented, I presume in transport, due to insufficient packaging around the base of the item”
