“Good quick service, excellent for competitive prices, only snag is having to spend so much for free delivery, so may not order again, for a while at least, no point saving on price if you lose it all in delivery charges.”

“Excelent service, good prices we have checked online for the same product with several leading online mail order supplies and could not find better pricing, also as a employee ordering supplies for a company I found the BACS payment method very usefull as we do not have a paypal account and the director carries the cards with him, so not always available for card payment.”

“Excellent service once I had fought my way through the very slow website. However that could be my connection. It took aboit 90 mins to set uo the order but once submitted delivery was as promised. The promise of free delivery for an order over £75.00 was no honoured and ypu charged me £9.95 for delivery. Which leaves a bad feeling.”

“Delivery not bad, it came in time for the weekend. (Ordered on Wednesday). More concerned about cost, you were the cheapest by far. Think I saved about £18. Even Screwfix couldn't get near the price. Not a strong web user, however on this occasion it paid to shop about, I usually pop round the corner to Screwfix. Other than that I can't get too excited about the product, Thompsons Weather Seal. Its being used prior to a coat of Sandtex paint or similar. Yet to buy the paint. However, I'll be back when I need something else. Thanks.”

“Well, I ordered the wood stain to be delivered within 1 to 2 days and it arrived after 4 days so please don't order if you need the material 'yesterday'! However, the packaging was excellent and no chance of any of the tins (4 off) leaking so well done to whoever packed the 2.5 litres (x4) tins of stain. Excellent value and ultimately a job well done (but not quickly).”
