“I recently bought a Faithfull Tyrolean Gun for roughcasting a wall. Service was very good with trackable information on shipping. Disappointed that the gun roller was not fully assembled as this proved very awkward to achieve.”

“the item I purchased was a good price and the service was quick but the cost of postage killed the benefits of the good price, PTD need to go to a cheaper delivery service on small items Royal mail is to expensive.”

“On-line ordering procedure was clear & straightforward and gave me the option of ordering as a guest rather than going through a Registration process as though I was a business customer. This is likely to be a one off order as I just needed a replacement blade for my Black & Decker circular saw for a job at home. However , if I do need any other items in the future I will try Power Tools Direct first. Thanks - Paul Maiden”
