“Order despatched and delivered very quickly. Discovered I'd ordered 110v version by mistake. This is not very obvious on the website. Phoned and advise to return for credit. Took over a week and 4 phone before credit arrived. The people I've spoken too have all been very nice and every time assured me that I would get the credit probably next day. Credit has arrived today including for some small items I didn't return as a goodwill gesture. Happy now!”

“Price and delivery were spot on, however the packaging did not protect the contents, which was a tin of Cuprinol Woodworm Treatment Fluid. The tin arrived heavily battered, but luckily not punctured.”

“The item looks just what I require but I have not opened it yet as it is part of my Xmas presents. It is for something very important. There will be 3 8ft lengths of 2x2 across the trestle legs and the new model railway board will be on it. A new one being built after Xmas. ,”
