“Service was good, but the internal box was damaged and the heater metal case was bent, the packaging when it arrive was not damaged so it already damaged before you sent it to me”

“Order despatched and delivered very quickly. Discovered I'd ordered 110v version by mistake. This is not very obvious on the website. Phoned and advise to return for credit. Took over a week and 4 phone before credit arrived. The people I've spoken too have all been very nice and every time assured me that I would get the credit probably next day. Credit has arrived today including for some small items I didn't return as a goodwill gesture. Happy now!”

“Price and delivery were spot on, however the packaging did not protect the contents, which was a tin of Cuprinol Woodworm Treatment Fluid. The tin arrived heavily battered, but luckily not punctured.”
