“Power Tools Direct were very helpful trying to determine where my order was, which they had dispatched very quickly,. UK Mail took 5 days longer than the date and time they told me they would deliver because they couldn't find my house, in spite of address, postcode and my location in the centre of town, opposite the railway station, The 5 litre tin of waterproofing paint arrived damaged but luckily not leaking. 10/10 for Power Tools, -1/10 for UK Mail.”

“Good price for what i wanted and very good overall service. Reason I've given just a 'Good' rating is i found it hard to know what delivery would cost me. I had thought delivery would be free because i spent over £75 but i assume this value doesn't include VAT so i ended up paying postage. Apart from that really delighted. Thanks.”

“Quality of fence panels is fab. Only point was that I didn't know when they were going to be delivered. As it happened my neighbour was in. I will be ordering a lot more of fence panels.”
