“On-line ordering procedure was clear & straightforward and gave me the option of ordering as a guest rather than going through a Registration process as though I was a business customer. This is likely to be a one off order as I just needed a replacement blade for my Black & Decker circular saw for a job at home. However , if I do need any other items in the future I will try Power Tools Direct first. Thanks - Paul Maiden”

“One star less not because of dissatisfaction with the product, but on Royal Mail's delivery on the third day (ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday). Repeat order and totally satisfied. Will definitely re-order when needed.”

“Power tools direct efficient and well priced, quick delivery with no problems but the product, a mortar gun I found useless sadly and threw it away. Too difficult to control accurately, needed filling too often but it was exactly as described.”
