“Items were as described and came quickly but the packaging was not adequate - 6 picks came in a small box with no extra packing so the courier had to put lots of extra tape around it to keep it together and the four other picks came in a huge box that then had to be filled with lots of scrunched paper to stop the items moving around. The whole order could have come in the one large box if adequately packed.”

“The patio cleaner I purchased I have had before so new it was good. The ordering and delivery was first class but 3 of the cointainers had leaked in to the plastic bags they were wrapped in, I contacted power tools direct who informed me they would contact the courier direct which is perhaps a good outcome for the next customer but not for me.”
