“Delivery was very quick . Ordered two tins of cuprinol decking stain but both were same the colour but when opened one was a lot different to the other so had to mix up together as did not have time to re send back”

“Initially order was accepted and payment taken on line but then received an e mail saying that this item was out of stock. After a phone call saying that as soon as stock was in again it would be despatched and this item was received very quickly with apology. Excellent customer care can recommend on these grounds”

“The 5litre tins of Cuprinol Shed and Fence Protector were delivered quickly, well packaged and undamaged. I haven't used them yet, but here's hoping that the product is as good as it's predecessor, the Cuprinol Shed and Fence Preserver.”

“Would have been "very good" rating except for delivery being one day later than originally promised. Courier Interlink's regular driver was "off" and replacement agency driver could not find our house (which is down a side track off the main road and admittedly can be difficult to find for a driver unused to the area).”
