Purchased a stationary bike, received no order confirmation of any sort, no delivery arrangement, tried to get in touch with their customer service and never heard back. Avoid this company.

First Bench went missing in delivery, after 2nd bench was successfully delivered a month later it had 3 parts missing and now I can’t even get hold of customer service

Absolutely useless....I've been trying to return a Rowing Machine that's not fit for purpose for the last three weeks. Powerhouse Fitness keep blaming the courier company XDP which ironically don't have a working phone number or email address. XDP have missed their arranged collection dates. Powerhouse Fitness don't want to know. They've basically stollen almost £400 from us. They don't return phone calls or emails. I would avoid at all costs.

Having treated myself to a fairly expensive cross trainer (current sale price approx. 1000 GBP), I would have hoped it would last longer than eight months! The original purchase and delivery went well enough but sadly the after sales contact process leaves an awful lot to be desired. I appreciate that many businesses have been affected adversely by the covid issues but sadly every step of communication relating to my problem has taken an enormous amount of time. More than four months have passed since my initial report of the problem, and I have literally given up emailing the company any longer as it seems I am now being ignored. To be fair, I was offered a refund but due to my address being outside the UK, there was uncertainty about the timeframe for collection due to covid/courier problems, and therefore any refund anytime soon. I decided therefore to ask customer services to locate the assumed spare parts required to attempt a repair of the equipment. Didn't hear anything for one month......emailed again to say exactly that.......and after waiting weeks yet again, that's where the story sadly ends! So, in conclusion, it would seem like if you purchase from this company and the equipment proves to be ok, then all should be well. If however, after purchase, you have problems or faults needing attention or replacement parts, you will need to be incredibly patient and could likely be disappointed. Incidentally, I attempted to post this review elsewhere but it is being removed as powerhouse-fitness do not believe I am/was a genuine customer (despite providing my sales receipt as proof!......unbelievable.)

Absolutely horrified. Bought a cross-trainer from this company 9 months ago which is making a loud, scary sound when used. Reported the problem 4 weeks ago and no one is bothering to deal with it! It is still well within warranty. I can’t get anyone to call me back or attend to it, so I am stuck with an unusable machine which cost £1000. Decided to get it resolved through my lawyer now.

If I could give no stars for this company it would still be more stars than they should be given. I purchased a rowing machine from them and after a while the pulling cord snapped. This was not unexpected as it is, in my opinion, a consumable part which will deteriorate due to fair wear and tear over time. I contacted Powerhouse Fitness "Customer Service" (a misnomer if ever there was one) and was told that I needed to send an email to the Technical Department, telling them what the problem was and to include a photograph of the part and that they would get back to me and let me know if I could have one (their words). Lauren said she would email the address and added it could take up to a week for the technicians to respond as they were a bit busy. I sent the email as requested complete with a description of the part (as identified from the instruction manual), a photo of the part (to remove any ambiguity) and even the part number (from the exploded diagram in the instruction manual) Twenty days later I had heard nothing so I tried to make contact via their online chat. Forget that ... I was told I was 5th in the queue, then 4th and that the expected response time was 4 minutes. I waited 40 minutes, they didn't answer. So I phoned and eventually my call was answered. I explained the situation and the employee asked what my order number was. As nobody from Powerhouse Fitness had given me an order number I didn't have one. I said I didn't have one and the employee immediately cut the call. So don't expect any support or after sales service from this company. Judging from the number of negative reviews they have I am not the first and am sure I won't be the last. Customer Service? Don't make me laugh. If Powerhouse Fitness had invested any money in creating and training a customer service team they should demand a refund from the trainers and employee some monkeys instead!

Ordered a and received a Taurus 10.3 treadmill a year ago. Purchase and delivery went fine, but within 3 months the elevation function quit working. I spent months chasing technical service, filling in forms and sending proof of purchase. Still haven't received repair parts. Definitely don't recommend this company.

awfull customer service. Bought a airbike a month ago and i need a broken part replacement. Contacted tech service, they asked me to fill the form and they gone replace broken part. More than week pasted still no news. If you looking for a company who treats customers like rubbish look no more, this is the place. Avoid having anything to deal with this company.

Ordered a power rack. Ten days later only half of it turned it up (box 2 of 2) . Unable to contact either the "couriers" XDP nor Powerhouse. I am missing half the power rack (box 1 of 2) and cannot even speak to anyone about it. Avoid this company like the plague

Very poor all round. Impossible to get hold of this company or get a reply from emails. Bought a kettlebell before Christmas, it was lost by the ridiculously poor courier Powerhouse use, XDP Couriers. Couldn't get hold of Powerhouse as they were always engaged and didn't respond to voice messages or emails. Eventually got them on the phone by phoning the moment their lines opened at 10 am and the order was resent. Eventually turned up.a few weeks later and the kettlebell ordered is very poorly finished with a very lumpy handle. Tried to leave a review on their website but it seems any review under 4 stars isn't published. Be warned...

Still awaiting a refund after three weeks of item being returned. No one answers the phone or replies to emails and online chat is unavailable. My refund is worth £100s and I was told between 3-5 days. It’s been 22 days. Appalling service. Steer well clear if this awful company. Quick to sell but terrible customer care and communication.

We ordered a spin bike - it arrived after a bit of faff, but not too bad. We liked it, so we ordered a Rower. And wow - what a performance. It arrived late - and smashed to bits. Then spent a few a few weeks chasing it up. Call after call, email after email. Weeks it went on for. They arranged to swap it out... we ended up with a 40kg box sat in our living room for bloody weeks. Eventually the replacement was dispatched - but day after day it was due and never arrived. I emailed their senior management team, spent hours on the phone - to PHF and to XPD their couriers. Neither party are interested. Honestly - unless you can physically walk into their shop and see what you're buying and drive away with it in your car - don't bother. Because once they have your cash - you might as well be dead to them.

Can’t understand all the bad reviews on here about PHF. Order and delivery all went smoothly with no issues or delays. Delivery man was helpful and loaded all items into my garage. Equipment is great and fairly easy to set up. I bought a power rack for lockdown and managed to assemble it all by myself using instructions. Would use again

Customer service is rubbish, live chat not helpful. Waiting almost an hour to then be told to send an email as they can't help - even though their website states that "Talking to us on Live Chat is the best way to get in touch." Emails: I am yet to get a response to and they also state it could take up to 7 working days to receive a reply. That is just not on for the amount of money spent with them, covid or no covid. I don't mind being told something is delayed and could take even five weeks because of covid brexit blah blah. But silence from customer services is so damn annoying. Takes a couple of minutes to read and reply to an email. I have worked in customer services before and it is not difficult to do a quick courtesy email! The courier service they use XDP - just look at their reviews. I can't fault the delivery driver he was fine. Their tracking is not up to par, no consignment number given so I couldn't track my parcel. No delivery time or date given for something you would clearly need to be in for. Only delivered half of my order and no idea where the rest is. Dare I say I would rather use Hermes. The website is well designed which I guess is what tricked me and the rest of the reviewers into spending good amounts of money with them. Will never use again. AVOID

Bought equipment to kit out my garage (rack, weights, bench etc). The kit itself is great, very sturdy and worth spending the extra on. The delivery and customer service is probably the worst I've received from any company this year. Products constantly out of stock, multiple deliveries of the same kit, poor response to a faulty item, taking over 4 weeks to resolve. No responses to emails. I'd be surprised if this company will still be in business in 2021 with this level of service

Why didn’t I read the reviews before buying from this company. I was impressed at first. Delivery of treadmill and rowing machine within a week. Treadmill fine. Rowing machine cable snapped as soon as I pulled on it. Have been trying to sort this now for the last 3 weeks. No one responds to my emails and no one answers the phone.

Delivery and customer service is not existent!!!! £1,400 order been "lost" in delivery depot for 12 days!!!!! No one taking ownership of the problem or resolving the issue. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

shocking build quality... you would need 5 mechanical engineers with hundred tools to be able to assemble their weights bench... screws and bolts do not fit correctly, I gave up in the end and threw it in the bin! save your money and buy a much better and trusted brand.
