Ordered 2 items and only one turned up and didn’t get informed until the day it turned up that they only had one of them. Clearly stock online is not correct really annoying as could of got them both from somewhere else and saved on delivery delivery.

Ordered a dewalt XR 4ah battery and recieved a Makita 4ah battery, emailed the same day as I recieved the wrong item and no response.

Ive still not recieved my order even though i was sent an email saying it was coming on the 31st december, i dont think you as a company are bad but the company you use to deliver your tools are, the last order i did the delivery drivers had opened my parcel and i sent it back, re - ordered it and now it hasnt come im very unhappy with the way all this has turned out

The drill I bough broke after the first time using it but won’t replace or give me refund. I’m going to have to go through Milwaukee, and I need the drill replaced ASAP. Fuming!!

Received a new £175 body grip cordless dewalt jigsaw, but covered in marks and scratches. Box clearly opened. Said they would compensate me if I kept it. I said yes please as I’m replacing all my corded tools cordless and would help. Then just said they would replace it. And then missed Black Friday deals as they didn’t reply in time to have bought it somewhere else cheaper.

Delivery was a shambles!! Item Was delivered to a collection site with no attempted delivery made to my home address. Collection site couldn't find item. Called customer services and Was promised a return call as my item couldn't be located and no one bothered to call back. Not great customer service at all.

Parcel came very poorly packaged with item missing Surely the seller is responsible for this ? It Looked like my parcel had been kicked from Cornwall to Manchester. I phone powertoolmate & I am still waiting there response.

I decided to give this company a try as the price was very competitive, when my Dewalt combi twin set arrived someone had been into the case and took out the impact driver, so only 1 driver arrived in the case, i was hugely disappointed and all the paperwork inside the case was scrunched up. It really feels 2nd hand, you can't beat opening a new piece of kit. They did send the combi out the next week but the damage had been done. I would have preferred if they had sent out another case and taken this one back.

After an issue with delivery, i was promised it would be sent out again and this was not done. I contacted them after a week to chase up and it wouldnt arrive for another 2 days. Order cancelled in the end

Looking at your order, it was ordered on the 15th and was delivered and signed for on the 18th - 1 day later than our stated 1-2 working day delivery timeframe with priority delivery. So it was 3 days and not 5. Looking at your tracking number, the item should have been delivered on the 17th, but due to a mechanical failure with UPS, this was delayed by a day.
