Unfortunately, we physically didn't have the stock and as we have no alternatives and that the product has been discontinued, this left us with no choice but to cancel and refund your order. “Very very disappointed with the delivery service. Delivery guy didn’t even bother to ring the bell to see if someone was home to collect the package. Instead he juss left a card on the floor outside our communal entrance to the flats. Then i go to the shop were he left the package and they cant find my name on the list or even the package 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“Great prices. The courier they use (UPS), is terrible. So bad I called the courier to return the item as they failed to deliver three times. The reason for the poor rating for the seller is that they ignored my emails equating to bad customer service. No point in having great prices on a foundation of rubbish customer service, I like many others would pay a little more to have the insurance of being dealt with quickly and fairly in the event of an issue.”
