Item I ordered didn't arrive, only half of my order arrived. No response from company as of yet, ashame really as I was going to order some other tools as they are competitively priced but if they won't arrive then what's the point.

Ordered a product from here and received an email to say it was dispatched, for me to then receive an email day a later saying there’s been an error and they never actually had the tool in stock and they have no idea when it will be in stock!

Very poor I still haven’t received my priority delivery it is now Thursday and I ordered it Friday last week have called and emailed and still no response!!!! Take money then no communication

Order dewalt mitre chop saw, powertoolmate took my money and then emailed me 7 hours later to say they didn’t have it in stock and then took 5 days to get my money back. Not happy and won’t be using your poor service again!!!

They sold me an item they didn’t have in stock. They refunded me my money but never communicated with me. It took for me to email them chasing the whereabouts of my order for them to tell me they don’t have it in stock so had already refunded me. Complete waste of time and will not use them again

At first all I had on the Monday was a tracking notification from ups then on Wednesday to recieve a dispatch email for one third of my order. Then when questioned was told my entire order had been shipped. Thursday to recieve another dispatch notification and then Friday, to recieve a tracking number (Thursday and Friday 2/3 apparent parcels arrived) why weren’t these all dispatched in one seeing as they were all in stock got a job on Monday, however the rest of my order hasn’t turned up so can’t complete the job and still non the wiser on your dispatch notifications. Very cheap but obviously get what you pay for won’t benusing again!!

I ordered this a week ago, was told it was dispatched 6 days ago and now today is my Dad’s birthday present with no delivery and no gift....very disappointed

Waste of time. Made a purchase online machine supposedly in stock payed by card money taken no machine turned up after 4 days rang them no machine in stock! Money then taken 3 days to refund Very poor service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MUPPETS!!!!! Complete RUBBISH!!!! We pay for the laser, they send a dispatch notification, then a delivery time slot and then at the time the parcel was supposed to be delivered an email saying that the order was cancelled due to a stocking error??? Even though the website still said in stock!!! Then a few hours later they put the price up by £20!!!! GREAT SELLER!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Send my order out with out an address and were Very unhelpful when I tried to resolve this issue with them ignored my emails and to put the nail in the coffin lied to me about my delivery status which came days after it was supposed to. Won’t be using this company again Responded to my review with another pack of lies apparently I inputted my address wrong funny that I ordered through eBay with is linked to my account and address etc this company is compulsive at lying be prepared if ordering

When UPS were attempting to deliver your parcel, they struggled to do so hence why there were issues with your delivery. Ordered a blue makita circular saw. You delivered a florescent green ryobi radio. Complained and was told I needed to repurchase the circular saw if I still wanted it... (of course I did... that's why I bought it in the first place..) and the radio would be collected and a refund issued.. 10 days later no carrier had turned up so I phoned again and rearranged collection. Today the collection has been made but still waiting for the refund... Sorry guys but this isn't the best service

Will never use again , I’ve also told my work colleagues to do the same . You sent out wrong items on the 6th Feb didn’t receive refund till 20 Feb . I had to suffer for your errors and constant lies via email .

Į both item next day received email about item was dispatched. I been waiting for one week but nothing, when I called to head office and they told me the item out of stock . I really disappointed because If I both the tool that means I need that for my work and why them send me email of confirmation for dispatch if the tool out of stock????why???

Bought Milwaukee M18 chainsaw with 12Ah battery and charger. Arrived without battery or charger. They must have removed these from the box before sending. Due to pressure of work I was unable to check until 8 days after arrival. All I was told was "our t&c's state we must be notified within 7 days of invoice date" Do not use these shysters.
