Ordered goods with a 3/5 delivery. 7 days later no delivery. Was needed for a birthday present. Very disappointed

I ordered item on 24th November and to say it had still not turned up- Friday 30th November. I had also paid for express delivery. Had to phone up to find it had still not be dispatched. Only just now been sent out. Disappointing.

not impressed at all , ordered and paid for tools on 23/11/2018 , just got a email today on the 29/11/2018 to say it has only now been dispatched , not good enough waitng 6 days and it has only just been dispatched , no idea when i will actually receive it

Ordered a product only to be told 3 days later there was a ‘technical error’ and the item was no longer in stock. Was refunded but I get the feeling the item was never stocked or prices too low.

When I ordered a grinder with a battery the battery was missing on a telephone conversation I asked for the manual for the grinder I was promised this with a new delivery date for the battery it never came

Ordered my multi tool on the 10th November 2018,and still haven't received it on the 18th ,who knows when I'll get it blaming UPS not having correct address,when all forms were filled in correctly when buying it ,so who do you blame ??? Won't use them again ..... .

In regards to your order, although you may have filled the form in correctly, we did receive your order with the incorrect house number on it. We updated the courier with this information, which they've inputted incorrectly. This caused a two day delay and I can confirm your order will be delivered today. The power tool never turned up when expected. When I spoke to someone at your company it still hadn't been dispatched after 3 days. I'm still waiting on my refund after another 3 days . Not good enough for me ! Pull your finger out ...

We proceeded to state that this can take up to 48 working hours to reach your bank account. Further to your review, our website clearly states on our delivery page that standard delivery which you chose with this particular order is a 3-5 working day option. Your order was due for dispatch on Friday and would've been delivered today, which adheres within our delivery time scale. If you require any further information, please feel free to contact us. Took 7 days to arrive and was totally wrong tool then I had to print a label take it to a drop off shop to send it back before they would refund or send the correct tool a had brought. Disgusting service and they really didn’t care.

Have ordered an item a week ago, but still have not received it. Have been sent a two separate emails on two different occasions as item being dispatched but no specific time of delivery. Very poor communication.

I have received the wrong item and have waited in 2 days running for them to collect the wrong item still no collection and still dont have the correct item that I paid for priority delivery this is a very poor service and I will not be using again

Mis listed product, wouldn't fulfill the order as listed, courier then lost parcel anyway, then they expected me to wait for weeks while they argued with courier, rude dismissive communication, totally unproffessional service. Eventually got a refund but like getting blood out of a stone, avoid like the plague.

I was so disappointed with the packaging, the delivery was sent to my local premier shop, when I entered the shop there were a pile of boxes I handed in my slip and I was eventually handed my package. As my package was expensive tools I was disgusted to find the box had been ripped open in several places and the tape had visably been replaced. Pictures attached to show how I received my package.
