“I received an email on Monday to say my item would arrive Tuesday . Somebody waited in and no delivery was made .Tried to track the parcel said they where waiting for clearance . Logged on to ups site stayed in Weds no delivery . Nothing Thursday . Rang ptoolmate ups rang me back said will deliver mon do not feel like ordering anything else from you because still without original order so far .John not a very satisfied customer”

I paid for next day delivery and for 4 working days in a row I was told ‘for some reason it’s not been dispatched, we will do it right now and it will be there tomorrow.’ They also told me 3 times they would refund my £7.99 next day delivery Without doing it. They are also completely unapologetic when I rang them! I’ll never use them again that’s for sure”

“The delivery by parcel force was non existance. They sent me a text saying no one at home and ask me to chose a preferred post office for the drop. This is a lie, as no one came to the house and no card was left saying we missed you. However I called the number on the text to collect from a nominated post office and selected Hutton post office After 2 days no sigh at Hutton I eventually tracked and collected from Winscombe post off ice after a few calls and a lot of runaround I thing you need to review your delivery aspect No complaints about your firm , Hope you will persue parcelforce to get the money back and donate to charity”
