After waiting 5 days on my delivery it arrived today only to find out the wrong item had been shipped. To make matters worse I have now been informed the correct unit that I ordered will not be dispatched until you receive the incorrect unit back. Very poor service.

Ordered a mitre on Tuesday evening with a delivery time of 1-3days and received an email from them on Friday evening informing me that they had run out of stock.

Terrible service ordered drill, RIP saw & battery and only the drill came, this will be 7 days I been waiting as of tomorrow, needtools for the job, no tools and no work gets done simple as that, very unhappy client my end as I’ve had to move the job, also when I called I simply got a “ oh sorry it seems it’s been forgotten to be posted out, best we can do is post it out first thing” 😂 unbelievable

Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication between the sales team and the warehouse in this instance, causing delays. This rarely happens, as we usually rectify problems promptly and deliver before our stated delivery times which is evident from our other reviews. My order wasn’t processed. Payment was immediately taken. I waited a week for delivery which didn’t arrive and when I called was told an error had occurred processing my order and that it would be delivered today. It did not arrive. I’m still waiting for my order having paid a large sum of money. Not at all happy

Very poor service. I contacted Wednesday as I got told on the phone it would be here for then. I left a voicemail and had no reply saying it was needed for Friday. I still haven’t received the item!! I want contact urgently!!!

Very very dissapointed with the service from powertoolmate. Purchased over £500 worth of power tools and to find that oders were sent incorrectly. I had to delay work and turn one job down due to ordering the tools for one job and not having them deliverd in the delivery date. Good morning, Thanks for your order with Powertoolmate. Please accept our apologies if you believe our service wasn't sufficient. Please note, on our website we offer free standard delivery which states a 3-5 working day delivery time frame. You placed your order on the Wednesday night (25th) and was dispatched the following day. Looking at the tracking, it appears on the 30th they attempted to deliver your parcel, however failed to do so as you weren't in at the time of delivery. They rescheduled this for tomorrow and was delivered. All of which is within the 3-5 working day delivery time-frame. Although we do pride ourselves on our fast delivery, sometimes issues do occur and can slow deliveries down a little. Tools apparently delivered by UPS left in my yard with a note saying “behind bin” nothing there so I am left waiting until Monday morning to speak with powertoolmate as UPS said they gave them permission to leave it there. I am needing these tools for work and as I work away I won’t have them until atleast next weekend now after things get sorted.
