I still haven't got the Jigsaw, apparently lost in transit but have you sent another? NO! I'm now stuck without the tool and without my money and after several times contacting you there is no solution and people say they will get in contact with me then don't. It's a joke really. First and last time I'm using you!

Good afternoon, Thanks for your order and your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delays you've had in receiving your parcel. However, if a parcel is 'lost' in transit we must open a Lost package investigation with the courier, which can cause slight delays especially if the courier is classifying the package as delivered. In this instance, though, it appears no delivery has been attempted so we have issued you another for delivery tomorrow. Regards.

Premium Delivery 1-2 Days take 7 days - Strange even when they sent confirmation departed on Monday then on Thursday i send email to confirm me deliver now somebody wake up send me short email with tracking number that proof they send me this day my buy product don't even sorry we refund delivery that be premium but we send as normal standard On the END this is END company never more buy from this site BY BY

Item not boxed or wrapped it was delivered in original packaging completely un wrapped with brown tape on this is completely unacceptable

Good morning , Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate. Please could you give us a call directly so that we can rectify this. We usually make sure to protect our products with additional packaging before dispatching, in order to avoid damage, which in this case may have unfortunately been overlooked. So please note that this is an externality. We will raise this with the warehouse manager to make sure this doesn't happen again. Kind regards.

One week passed, nothing arrived yet. £600 missplaced! Avoid, amateurs. Better use Amazon or Argos.
