My Makita SDS drill arrived. It was LXT which is incompatible with my batteries. Nowhere online did it mention LXT. I need a SDS drill now!!!

Delivery service was awful. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday the 4th of September, I’m self employed so I took a day off and waited in that day for the delivery which I was happy too do. After waiting in all day and nothing arriving I check the tracker to see that they had put it down as no access, even though I no one had knocked on my door, left a card or tried ringing me. I rang the courier the following morning, they told me they didn’t know why it couldn’t be delivered and that they would send it again today. So I told them from 2pm onwards and I cancelled and afternoon job I had. The exact same happened that day, I waited in in the afternoon, checked the tracker. They had put it down again as no access. Once again I rang the courier on the morning of Friday the 6th. At this point I was ready to cancel the order all together. I still got no answer as to why it had not Been delivered. I got a family member to wait in this time. When it finally did arrive the driver told my family member the reason they hadn’t delivered it was because they had no pump truck on the van to get it off so the two days I waited in they had no intention of delivering it. Understandably I’m not happy at all with the entire service and have still not opened the parcel as I’m working away this week. I would personally like a call to discuss it further as when I get home later this week I still may send it straight back. Regards- Stephen Contact number is: 07701036872

I made an order (WEB ORDER 88694) on the 20th and i still didn't receive my order. There is no tracking number or any information about orders. Even AliExpress lets you know what's going on with your order but not them. Typical British standard.

I paid for priority delivery but my parcel no delivered in my home. My order is delivered in Access point and it was taken from stranger people against ID not from me.

The worst service I have ever come across, do not buy anything from this company!! they may be £5 or £10 cheaper than most places but the after care / returns / replacement items are none existent. I would advise anyone to avoid

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Bought a new drill about a month ago, started smoking already. Had to buy another one because they expected me to not need one for a week to see if my one was faulty. And now they aren’t replying to me. I won’t be using them again!

As you paid for priority delivery, this should of been sent UPS. After paying extra postage to have it next day you sent me the incorrect product to which I had to call you and send back and still haven’t received the original product I paid for Don’t intend on using you ever again

I ordered a 240v core drill Powertoolmate didn’t have it so they sent me 110v version instead. I needed it urgently for a job so I had to hire one. Ended up costing me more and wasted my time. Wish they would of just been honest.
