Not our Solicitors but they are our buyers. Buyer in rented. We are purchasing a new build so no chain. Been going on since April 2023. Thought we was ready to exchange on 4th July. Since we have had over 2 months of enquiries back and forwards, repeating enquiries and getting no where fast. Taking weeks to reply. They would not speak to our solicitor via phone conversation to get things sorted. Eventually our solicitor got a phone conversation booked in for them to cancel it on the day because they was to busy! DO NOT USE!!

The worst solicitors DO NOT USE I am currently buying a property via Kay Rowlinson at Premier Property Lawyers the sellers are keen to exchange ASAP for completion in a couple of weeks. Kay not replying to my emails turns out she’s on holiday for 2 weeks - no notice of this, no out of office, no handover, no new POC. Called and spoke to someone who said they would help me in the interim a “manager” called Hassan. Told me about lots of documents I needed to produce before exchange (which Kay has failed to mention) so I’m getting together all these documents, making trips to the bank to get everything sorted and Hassan is just ignoring my calls and emails literally no response from him. I’ve got the sellers threatening to extend completion date which would leave me and my partner homeless and still nothing from Hassan. Extremely stressed about this and shouldn’t be treated like this I am a paying customer!!!

Absolutely the worst solicitor firm out there! Just like what everyone saying here, they will keep on repeat enquires with different wordings to prolong the case than necessary. These solicitor are shady a hole who like to mentally drive you crazy and ruin life. I feel sorry for all the solicitor who are force to work with them.

Judging by the other reviews on here, it's pretty simple. AVOID! Don't be swayed by this 'keeping it in house' nonsense. You get what you pay for. The same enquiries will be asked over and over in various different ways. You'll get enquiries sporadically sent, so when you think they are completed, you'll get another random one sent back. For an extra £500, get yourself a proper solicitor that has a direct dial. Will do your mental health the world of good.

The worst service I have ever used. Took 6 months for a completion date, I asked multiple questions throughout the process for the solicitors to put to the sellers solicitors, in the end I asked the questions myself as they took too long or gave me incorrect answers. Not rated by any estate agents I’ve been in contact with. A struggle to get hold of your conveyer, pushed from pillar to post by other people in the firm. When asked for confirmation emails about the case behind closed all I was told was they don’t do that and verbal communication is more than enough. Would give 0 stars if possible.

To update my review which was posted here six months ago, I confirm that after 12 months in the incompetent hands of Premier Property Lawyers I am still awaiting completion of my chain free sale. Their endless delays and prevarications are now meaning that the very expensive leasehold searches I paid for long ago have now run out of time and require paying again by muggins. I only hope for completion before the new searches run out again but I will not be holding my breath. I have made official complaints to Purple Bricks, Premier Property lawyers, The Ombudsman and more recently The Council for Licensed Conveyancers, all are totally useless and answer your complaint with a load of banal drivel but no action. Premier is without a doubt the very worst firm of any type I have ever dealt with and has no concept of ethics or empathy with its ever suffering clients. Their only skill and one at which they are very experienced is fending off unhappy clients. Do not use these dreadful people for your conveyance, do not sell to anyone who is using them and do not let your estate agent recommend them as did the equally useless Purple Bricks. Take on board my warnings or suffer the same fate at their hands and tell family, friends and even enemies not to touch them with a bargepole.

I have been charged £399,00 for searches, on 5th July, searches not requested until 21st july, then when I chase I find the search provider has not even paid to a residential search which would have been returned in 7 working days. They have gone for the free search with a 20 working day response. I have really had to do all the work, I am afraid i am goging to lose my sale and purchase.

Absolutely disgusting service, lost 2 sales due to time wasting and only interested in charging you for God knows how many indemnify policy that are not necessary as every one the sell they charge 70.00. The indemnify ( which wasn't necessary was 21.00 but I was being charged 70.00 ( there fee) the VAT which in fact was going to cost 119.00 for a 21.00 policy. After ringing again for an update on my completion date of 11 aug I was told my buyer had pulled out. No one bothered to ring me yo tell me this beforehand. On speaking to my buyer he said it was taking too long (we had agreed the sale on 24 April) and the same enquiry was sent 4 times, asking a simple question. Which each time I said I did not have a staircase to my loft only a loft ladder., Yet Gabriel the conveyancer could not understand this answer as he repeated the same enquiry again and again, until my buyer had said he was not going to continue with the sale. I have a complaint now against this company and Strike Estate Agents.

Unfortunately, my house purchase experience was marred by a significant lack of communication and an excessive number of individuals involved, 67 to date. Throughout the process, I encountered difficulties in receiving timely updates and coordinating with the relevant parties. It took an average of 4 days for answers to enquires to be checked before they were acted upon. The excessive number of people involved hindered the expedition of my purchase.

These bunch of imbeciles acted for a potential buyer for my property. Extended timescales, un truthful statements to my solicitors and 6 MONTHS in, I am ready to just pull out , at considerable cost to me, and will be placing a formal complaint to their governing body about their poor integrity and lack of honesty throughout.

A dreadful experience. Appalling communications, this is the 4th house I’ve sold, we only used Premier as they were recommended by purple bricks. It took 5 failed calls to get the onboarding started. Our buyer reached out and has provided more updates. For context the buyer has a mortgage issue with the lease… Premier are still yet to tell us this… The ‘e-way’ system is equally useless, yes it’s visual but you’re unable to drill down or see detail.

Never use Premier Property Lawyers!!! They gave us very bad advice when we purchased our property, adding a restriction on the land registry that was supposed to prevent fraud, although they did not mention this would also prevent remortgaging. Indeed this new restriction also requires the purchasing solicitor to provide a certificate at the time we remortgage, which they are not willing to do. Hence we are now in a very miserable situation, not being able to remortgage our house and with rates skyrocketing. I strongly advise not to use them so you are not in the same desperate situation as us.

They WILL not do ther jobs. They WILL make costly mistakes. They WILL ask you to send stuff you already sent. They WONT deal with you quickly. Avoid Avoid AVOID

Please save yourself a load of stress and use a good local independent solicitor, not PPL. They allowed down our house purchase by weeks, and they don't use qualified solicitors to do most of the work, they only sign it off at the end so expect loads of mistakes. Your estate agents will only recommend them because they make commission of them.

My experience with Premier Property Lawyers Ltd. was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I was led to believe that they were a reputable choice, recommended by Strike. However, their performance left me utterly dissatisfied. One of the main selling points was their alleged commitment to responding within 24 hours. Little did I know that this claim would fall flat in comparison to the exceptional responsiveness of DP Conveyancing, whom I later turned to. DP Conveyancing consistently responded to my queries within a few hours, sometimes even minutes. The communication from Premier Property Lawyers Ltd. was abysmal. They missed our scheduled meeting without any prior notice, leaving me in the dark until the following day. While I understand that emergencies happen, it was disappointing that the company failed to provide any support or a simple email to inform me of the situation. This incident only added to a growing list of red flags that had already emerged. Due to their overall poor service, I made the decision to terminate my contract with Premier Property Lawyers Ltd. before investing any further money. I also requested the deletion of my personal information, as I believed they had no legitimate reason to retain it. Shockingly, they refused my request, further displaying their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. The entire experience with Premier Property Lawyers Ltd. was filled with frustration and disappointment. I incurred a financial loss of £180, but it could have been much worse had I continued with their services. I am relieved that I recognized the signs of trouble early on and decided to cut my losses. Learn from my mistake and avoid the same fate. It is crucial to thoroughly research and read reviews before choosing a conveyancer. In my quest for a reliable option, I eventually found DP Conveyancing, which proved to be the best conveyancer I have ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and opt for a conveyancing company with genuine 5-star reviews instead.

Baffled by the positive reviews. Maybe it was just the individual, Sri-Devi, dealing with the purchase. So much so I made the decision to change Solicitors 5 weeks into the process after making 0 progress with Sri. I had to constantly chase for updates as she never responded to emails and always got met with “oh, I was just about to respond to your email” every time I called. The level of incompetence is something I’ve never experienced before and would highly recommend in not going with the cheaper option, as you very much get what you pay for. If you do chose these Solicitors I would request a change in Conveyancer immediately if Sri is assigned to you.

They are not available when you call. Get passed around a lot on the phone when you ask for your solicitor. Kept delaying exchange date for 4 days in a row. Phone call received asking me to pay a fee based on an old mortgage statement claiming they did not notice the error. This would have cost as extra few grand and the tactic to do this was a very pressurised phone call on date if exchange saying figures are correct and saying to pay up now. Documents uploaded and sent at last minute. Not worth 1 star.

Charging customers for conveyencing not being completed within 3 working days of completion when no one else even knows this is a thing. Out of control of customers hands and you get penalised twice if you have your sale and purchase with them!!! Wtf!! Thing is they don’t even think they are doing anything wrong!!!! Questions asked multiple times, online task thing didn’t even work after so long. Don’t use them Ever!!! I’m complaining to the ombudsmen
