I had return 3 items back a month ago and I still haven’t got my money back they say that they did when I don’t see it in my account and their leggings r very see through.

I have ordered in the end of November with an expected delivery date 15th of December. It’s January 9th and I still have no information about my package. I wrote to PLT and got no answer... I can understand many things and I was trying to wait patiently, but having the last update on 23th December makes me a little bit fed up now.

i have purchased a pair of boots and never received them and it won’t show any shipping updates at all. I also emailed and had no response back.

Please whatever you do, do not purchase from Pretty Little Things! I purchased a jacket on December 5, 2020. I was suppose to receive the jacket on December 18. While I was waiting for my jacket to arrive, the shipping just stop randomly after December 12. I waited until December 18 the jacket never came. I didn’t receive any updates until I had contacted their Twitter page. I shouldn’t have to contact your support team to find out what happen to my jacket. After I talked to their representative they told me it would arrive on January 7 and because of the delay they would give a refund for shipping. It arrives January 7, I opened it and immediately saw that the strings and stitching were already coming out all over of the jacket but that’s not the worst part the jacket is a size 8 when I clearly ordered a size 4. I contacted customer support immediately to tell them and they told me that a size UK 8 is equivalent to a US size 4. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it except the jacket is way too big on me. There is no way that jacket is a size 4. They also lied to me and told they gave me my refund for shipping when they didn’t. I checked my account multiple times and I even checked today. There’s no point in returning the jacket for a refund. I probably won’t get that either.

I ordered 7 items with the same sizing. And 3 out of the 7 are soo big. Bad quality material for 2 of them especially the jacket. One floral dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture. The neck and sleeves look very awful. Returning process is so hectic. Im trying to do so but no avail. This is my first and last order. Shein is better.

After over a month my package never made it. Ordered 12/1 and couldn’t report it lost until 1/4. It never came. 10/10 do not recommend

Recently I have ordered a floral long sleeve dress, the quality of the fabric was excellent. 1- it was a bet defcalt to put it on. 2- the top part is very loose & wide open, can't even cover your bust, you must wear a vest under or use pin to hold it together, not to show your bra.

I have ordered a pair of boots for my daughter earlier in December with delivery date of December 29 - just in time for the NY. We have not received the shipment. Tracking info is useless. We have emailed the customer service but no answer. There is no contract info indicated on the website or it is hidden in a way that I cannot find? Very disappointed 😞

My 13 years old daughter ordered a dress which looks more than net with sleeves. This was my second and last order from Pretty Big rubbish, because the first order which supposed to be size 6 locked more than size 14. Avoid in any costs! Such waist of money.

I got gym leggings for christmas and wore them for the first time today and did ARMS did not even squat and they ripped along the seam. I have never had leggings rip the first time I wore them and I’m very frustrated.

Meh, embroidery on a sweatshirt I received was very crooked. And the tall pants are no where near long enough , I’m only 5’9. The shirt was a bit scratchy. I am really disappointed about the sweatshirt. Said it was oversized but it fits like a normal medium.

The clothes are pretty but have a bad quality. I wore my joggers 3 times and now there are a lot of wholes along the seam! That should not happen!

I placed an order in December 1st and was due to receive my order on the 15th. I still do not have my package. After reaching out to customer service multiple times and there being no updates on my package I finally asked for a refund and to deem my package lost (it hasn’t moved since the 7th). I can’t even report it lost until the 4th of January. Awful customer service. Awful shipping. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered something on November 30th and it told me i was going to get it on December 14. I haven’t got nothing !! not even a updates on my order and it claims FedEx has my package but I haven’t received anything !! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE !!! I need it.

I ordered something that I’m supposed to receive today, and yesterday that’s when I received an email talking about, a 4 days delay. Y’all be messing up with pple’s plans. Now I will travel without my order. Smh. Went on to write “this is not our usual style” then why everyone is complaining in the review section.This was my first time and never again

I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas on 30th november. I had also ordered stuff the day before which I received a week and a half ago. I contacted PLT via WhatsApp and their initial contact said the order had been ‘held up’ but to wait until 19th. I don’t think this is acceptable so have contacted them again today 17th the response this time was ‘it’s lost’ but I still have to wait until 19th so they can report it as lost! I’ve since replied and said it’s not acceptable for which another agent told me that I’d need to reorder the order again pay for it then return the original ‘lost order’ before they’d refund me! How can I return something that’s lost and why do I have to pay for it again. I don’t have the money to pay for it again. I’m really really disappointed by their response and will certainly think twice before ordering again!! At a time when money is tight for a lot of people this is terrible customer service!
