I used to be a fan of PLT but things have gone way downhill. Their quality control is non-existent now and the items are so cheap and not worth the price. The sizing for each item is completely different and unpredictable so it's honestly a gamble if the item you're buying will actually fit. The pictures are misleading, and I can't even count how many times I've gotten something that is a completely different color or fit than on the website or something that is super see-through. I've bought so many things from them over the years and it's russian roulette whether you get the correct item, the item fits and looks like the pictures on the site, and if your customer service rep is nice when they make a mistake. They increase the shipping price recently and I've been paying for shipping only to have to return all or most of the items. One time, one of my packages came as just an empty box LOL. At least make shipping and returns free if you're not investing in quality control. Now that they're more popular and trendy it seems like all they care about is pumping out new trendy items and don't care about their customers or the products they're making. You can find so many reviews online about the ridiculous mistakes they're making with customer orders. I see why they don't have reviews on their website now. Just save your money, it's not worth it.

Hey Sarah, Sorry to hear you've not been having the best experience with us recently and the sizing was all over the place. We try to stick to our size guide as much as possible, however, it can vary depending on the style and fit of the items. Our items shouldn't be see through, so I've raised this with our teams, so they can look into this with the supplier and work with them to improve the quality. Depending on where the order is shipped, we're not always able to offer free shipping and returns. We work with our courier partners to keep the costs as low as possible. In regards to the empty box, I can see this has been flagged with our logistics team and they're working with the courier to find out how the parcel was damaged and what we can do to reduce this from happening in the future. spent about 500 canadian, I can wear about 2 of the 13 things I’ve ordered. Garbage quality, I’ve washed the sweatpants ONCE and they are already app pilled. Sizing is a guess. I got everything size 10, when some of the clothes are way to big others are too small even though it’s the same size!!!!! NEVER again

We don't offer free returns from Canada, however, you can return any unsuitable items back to us for a refund, in line with our returns policy. We have a returns center in country to keep the cost as low as possible. Please return via a standard, trackable service. My first order arrived today I'm sorry to say it will be my last, I expect to iron minimal creases out of clothing when brand new but I literally couldn't see the top for creases! It was also very big, size 14 more like 18! My other items appear nice but are see through nearly £100 wasted, I can't be bothered with the hassle of sending back especially after reading some of these reviews! Lesson learned I certainly won't be wearing the overly creased top! Obviously been worn, very disappointed.

if i could give no stars i would terrible staff, very rude and clothing has gone down hill. Why state next day delivery and charge people and make you wait in all day send confirmation that your order is coming from 7am in the morning but doesnt turn up. The staff on wtsapp rude and unhelpful. The staff tell lies. I asked why is my order delayed when i was sent a message it was on its way to be told its not our fault its the courier. Terrible unprofessional and rude.is this how plt treats all the you tube influencers who wear there clothes. I will not be shopping with them again. Spoilt my weekend as i ordered my clothes for a important birthday.

Hey Chee, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you, especially as you wanted them for a birthday event. We're only able to go off the information the couriers provide. As the courier was booked for delivery, they send out a text to let you know the order should be out for delivery that the day. Whilst some orders can be late on occasion, the vast majority of our orders are delivered/attempted on time and whenever they aren't, we work with our courier partners to improve the service. I ordered 4 items of them. Quality is far from the best. 1 item did not arrive, still haven't received it after letting them know. 1 item had a whole load of wool around it. Had to cut through it to try it on, they asked for a photo...??? 1 item was way to big, not even close to my size. They asked me to return it... pay $15 to return on an $50 item? Considering that all items where not up to standard. The only thing that worked was the dress I purchased, but again a button was missing. Honestly the worst place I have ordered from, such a disappointment. They should consider spending some of their advertising budget on quality and quality control. Will do my best to make sure no one uses their hard earned cash on this rubbish.

A better return system should be put in place. We, consumers, have to pay around 20 euros to return a package. Because of this, I will no longer order from your site. It’s the first time I’ve had to pay this much for a package return ... Change your method!

I ordered 5 shirts and a pair of biker shorts from Pretty Little Things. They sent me one shirt correct and 4 other things I did not order. After trying all different ways to contact them I finally was able to speak with someone on facebook messager. They told me to return the items and send proof the items were sent and they would send out my correct items. I went back and forth trying to figure out how the items were getting paid for to be sent back to them. Finally they sent me a return code/link to go to to get the prepaid label. I had to go out of my way to buy a box to ship it back to them since the original packaging it came in was a complete mess. I had to go out of my way to find a printer to print out the return label. I had to go out of my way to go to the post office to ship it back to them. I had to send them a reciept with proof of it being sent. I'm then told ok we shipped your items, but one wasn't in stock so we issued you a refund. Without any discussion of if I would have liked a different product instead. I then had to go back and forth through messages, always answered by a different person, that get answered an hour after I send them because I was told to just order something else or wait for that to come back into stock. I then again had to go back and forth about the shipping charge since obviously I have no intrested in paying $10 dollars to ship one shirt when I clearly placed an order for multiple shirts and only paid one shipping charge. They refused to honor the 50% off that was the discount price on everything when I placed my original order.. which I placed correctly by the way. Therefore I had to pay more for the one shirt then I would have in the first place. They did absolutely nothing for me, and I did way more work then I was ever intrested in. They did refund my shipping for the one shirt, which again I placed one order in the beginning and never intended to pay more then one shipping charge. After recieving my new package, the biker shorts were labeled a size 10 when I ordered a size 6. I messaged them and they told me to return the shorts and they would send out a new pair. I refused to go though this headache again and asked them to either send out a new pair or refund my money. They said they couldn't not do that, and I asked for a phone number to speak with someone because I was tired of this back and forth game with all different people who I had to continue to explain my situation to. Finally I spoke with someone who explained it was a UK size 10 which is a US size 6. It blew my mind that all the people I spoke to before did not know this information espically after I sent a picture to them of the shorts as well as a picture of what I ordered. I would NOT reccomend ordering from this company. The back and forth headache on Facebook messager and everything I had to do to return the items wasnt worth the time. And in the end I got absolutely nothing for THEIR mistake other then way more work on my end. They were barely apologetic and almost made it seem like I did something incorrect here when in face they were the ones who sent me a totally different order then what I actual ordered.

Very poor customer service, sizes are off by loads and when you return they take around 2 months to give your money back. I’ve had many problems with them now every other time I would just go back to them but why make someone a business when they never give you help when needed AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shocking Quality 3 orders in 2 months 1st - clothes had clearly been worn and returned 2nd - Item the the seam wast stitched properly 3rd - 2 dressed that are so small they fit my 6 year old daughter. they don't even cover my hips We you contact customer services you get to it's not 'their normal quality' Well it clearly is otherwise it would be a 1 off. I have paid for the years delivery. Thankful i haven't had to pay each time. After this I wont and recommend no one else orders from them.

I ordered a few things at the beginning of May, and it said it would arrive in 3 weeks. It took over a month for it to come, and I have to return it all anyways because the quality it absolutely terrible. I also had to pay to return their bad clothes. The clothes look nothing like how they do on the models. They use cheap materials for their clothes, and they aren't flattering at all. Save your money and spend it at Fashion Nova instead. If you take one thing away from this please do not buy from them.

The joggers are like paper. My size didnt feed at all (I mesured from the sizeguide). Had to return 3 out of 5 clothes. Quality was BAD

Literally the worst place to order from. They sent FedEx an empty package and when I questioned why I had never received my items (not knowing about the empty package), prettylittlething assured me I would be receiving it. Once I called FedEx, they told me the package was empty and apparently they have been having this issue with this brand A LOT. I spent over $100 just to never get my clothes and they refuse to give me a refund. Check their instagram comments and you'll see people with the same issue. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY BRAND.

Hey, Sorry to hear your order was empty. Our parcels are picked and packed in our warehouse, with processes in place to ensure the weight of the parcels are in tolerance. I'll raise this with our warehouse and logistics team, so they can reach out to the courier to find out how the parcel was empty and find out where the error occurred, so we can work with them to stop this from happening in the future. Fedex haven't reached out to us or let us know the parcel is empty, so we would need to allow a little longer for this to be investigated and for them to confirm the status of the order. I am actually absolutely furious at this company.for abouy two months on going to 3 months im still waiting for my refund please customers this company is horrible not only have they kept my items of clothing but i have not even got my money back im sick of money hungry company's that dont service the customer and just palm them off . But happily take your money its so sad that company in this world just take from people and dont serve them for the greatest and highest good for the customer i will NOT be shopping with this company ever again and will make sure i put out there how much they didnt help and palmed me off.
