I ordered my clothes since 15th of January and up until now it hasn’t arrived ...please try and settle the issue .

Purchased a whole bunch off the site 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received anything. My tracking hasn't been updated since 22nd January, says it's still processing. So if that is anything to go off, I'm honestly not expecting a lot once they arrive

Very disappointed from the customers service my package didn’t arrive and I ordered in .1.17 they promised me that it will arrive before the 31.1 and today its 5.2 and there no details where is the package from 21.1 and when she need to arrive The customer service don’t help for me they just tell me to wait an a month and it’s unacceptable,i told them to send me a new package or get me a refund and i didn’t get anything.its the last time that i will buy from this site !!!

We fully appreciate where you are coming from, as it has been a while since you placed the order, however, we do need to allow some time for this be investigated. We've checked with the courier and they've let us know there's been a delay in getting orders cleared through customs. Once the order clears, the tracking will update. Thanks Usman

I bought this bodysuit for a night out, loved it so flattering on! Washed it as per the washing instructions and all the material had come apart from the zip! Typical pretty little thing.

Clothes didn’t look the same as in pictures and the sizing was way off... Can’t even be bothered to return them :D

My order was all screwed up. I order size 12 in dress and receive size 16. I order size 9 and 8 in shoes I was send a size 7 and 6. To top it off a had to pay $5 to return an order that they mess up on. Will never ever order not even a candy from this site. Terrible

the process of returns is very hard they still have not gotten back to me i recieved items that were the wrong size wanted to return them but cant due to the process plus you have to pay to return the items

They'll be able to get this sorted for you ASAP. If you've already returned the item, we would need to allow time for the returns to be delivered to our warehouse, processed and logged by our warehouse before a refund is processed to the original payment method. Bought a zip up Lycra gym jacket, wore it once and the zip broke! Used live chat to contact PLT & they said they’d email to send pics to customer service. Did not receive an email and haven’t heard anything since!!!

I bought a matching set (pants and top) the top was darker than the pants color and i didn’t even bother to return it because i would have to pay out of pocket.

I got 3 one piece bathing suits and every single once was more like a costume. None were lined the way a swimsuit should be lined in the right areas. Seams were not sewn correctly. Very cheap, thin material. You really do get what you pay for here. Order with those expectations. I'm 150lbs, 5'5, athletic build, S/M top, 4/6 size jeans and i ordered size 10 suits and they are slightly small. Hope this helps.

Sorry but I’m not pleased with prettylittlething, they live up to their name because every piece of clothing I ordered was so small and un-stretchy so I couldnt even put it on. And I’m a normal size XS in every other store!! And even their size S is way too small and tight for me. Some of their clothes would only fit a slim child.

I rush ordered a dress and i got sent to the wrong house, they took a picture and it was delivered to my neighbors house and when i asked them they said they didn’t have it. I called the delivery company and they said they’ll send another one and that one barely got to me in time for my event and when it did arrive it was damaged!!! the dress had some tassels and they were falling apart and i had to repair the dress at home by sewing the dress together and the tassels in place because it was hours before my event and i couldn’t go get a new dress... i will never shop there again and i will tell everyone about this experience. truly the worst experience ever.

A lot of the shirts I bought were very small but didn’t appear that way in the pictures online (and I even ordered big sizes)...overall very disappointed in my purchase.
