I didn't recive the hotel voucher which I paid for , so it spoils Christmas Day as it was a present for my husband I received the books and the bounce voucher but they were for my daughter

Still have not received item yet, never received a dispatched email so cannot track but they believe it has been delivered. Annoying as ordered it in plenty of time before Xmas

I paid 6.99 for next day delivery and the delivery came 2 days after. When the item arrived, it was damaged but was too late to reorder or exchange as it was a Christmas present

Specifically paid for next day delivery, item did not arrive the next day. No apologies from company. So I had to go out and buy an additional gift . Now I’ve got the inconvenience of returning the item.

Not at all impressed. I ordered a parcel from Prezzybox (which contained a few stocking fillers) a good week before Christmas. I didn’t receive anything for a few days, which I thought was ok due to the Christmas rush. However, when I contacted prezzybox, they told me that after investigation they thought my parcel had been lost and they would be sending my parcel next day delivery via DPD. That was good, or so I thought. Well the next two days came and went and nothing. By now it’s Christmas Eve the next day, so I have to scrabble around for more stocking fillers ☹️. Finally today 28th December my parcel finally arrives!! Having said it was sent out Next Day, there is nothing on the parcel saying next day, (which on all the other parcels which I have paid for next day delivery there has been). Also, I sent another message to prezzybox on the 23rd December stating nothing had arrived. Ok, I wasn’t expecting a reply from them over Christmas but they were back to work yesterday and still no apology. Hence I shall not be using this company again!!

I placed an order before Christmas and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I contacted Hermes to find out where my parcel was to be told by one of their agents that my address was provided to them incomplete and to go back to prezzybox. I have been told by prezzybox that my parcel was lost in transit. This is the second time I have tried to use prezzybox for Christmas presents and they have always let me down. I will not be using prezzybox again

Purchased spa vouchers that stated could be used ‘somewhere near you’... once received these can only be used in 2 locations in Kent which is about 4hrs away from me. Won’t be travelling that far so the purchase is useless! Won’t recommend to anyone and won’t be returning in the future!

Supposed to arrive before christmas, I am still waiting for them to arrive! Haven’t recieved a dispatch email yet. Very disappointed.

I ordered unicorn headphones for my granddaughted aged 5years, The order was overdue and when it arrived instead of the headphones I received a pom-poms phone charger. All the documentation was for the headphones. I will not be ordering from this site again

Ordered parcel on Dec 19. Estimated delivery was stated as 21-25. Didn't arrive until 27 after Xmas. Was very disappointed.

Whilst I understand that Christmas is a busy time for you, more work is needed on your website when processing orders. I placed an order on the 18th for next day delivery and nothing arrived on the 19th. When this was chased I was told I would receive a call back immediately and didnt receive one. Upon chasing for a second time, I was told that the order wasnt in stock despite the website allowing my order to go through. I was informed a full refund would be issued on that day. To date I am still awaiting this refund and after placing my 3rd telephone call, I have now been informed only £2.00 was processed as a refund on the 22nd and not the full amount. I am extremely disappointed in the service received and the further delay in me now having to wait additional time for my refund. I am also extremely unhappy that the gift had to be purchased elsewhere and cost me more money. Extremely disappointed at my first experience with Prezzybox.

Item was due for delivery on 19th December. It’s 28th December and still no delivery or explanation as to why? This was supposed to be a Christmas present...
