“Ordered 3 photobooks, 2 were mis-printed. Told by agent to send photos which I did that day and now been 10 days without any communication or replacement of my order. Was told by agent it would be done as a priority and delivered within 3 days. Absolute joke!”
“I ordered a photo book and completed 39 out of the 40 pages after working on it for 2 entire days. I saved it and went back an hour later and the book was blank. I have written twice and called and have been told that the tech department would contact me in 24;hours. This was last Thursday. Yesterday I finally received an email asking if I saved my work which was stated in all contact. Totally frustrated!”

“We had placed an order for graduation photo book and we were promised that we will have it by the graduation. Nothing so fare. Two weeks in the order. All calls go to offshore and they repeat "we are sorry but trust me". They don't have any US based service so don't expect a refund.

They are a total rip off, i.e. if you buy offers from Groupon, they then make up any difference with extortianate postage and packing and this may still not be too bad, but they give you the worst delivery speed with no tracking!!
And that's if the item turns up and you have to take there word for it that it's been made and sent!
I ordered a blanket in November, paid for it in real time, including the extortianate P&P and to date have still not received it. I've chased it endlessly, I've used the very expensive call line, sent loads of emails and received a poor reply every so often, i.e. c1 reply a month
This company wants your money and that's it. It has no pride and just doesn't care. All the negative reviews tell you this and I wish I had read them before I ordered and paid for the blanket in good faith.

“Worst printing company I've ever dealt with. Absolute zero customer service. A month after paying for my order and still no progress in even printing, much less shipping. I did get a rep and they recited that all orders are filled within 15 business days, maximum, followed by up to ten days of shipping. I reminded the rep we were past that, and it still hadn't even been printed. His response was that he saw my (unanswered) email request for an update and would "clear out the email request as completed" despite my displeasure at NOT getting any reply OR an answer about my missing product. This company is at best a scam.”

Even their regular price for one calendar isn’t $80. This was a special promotion of 10 calendars not 1. I have disputed it w my credit card co. Their response again was the date I received the 1 calendar. I am in the habit of writing good reviews, not bad ones. My advice is don’t use printerpix unless you too want to be ripped off!”

They give you exceptional customer service by telling you they will expedite it and what not, but 2 weeks later and I still don't have my order done, no tracking number, nothing. I spoke with Patricia twice and both times, she told me she will expedite my concerns to her supervisor, but my order isn't even done yet. I put in my order on 1/14. 2 weeks later, I still not even have a tracking number. Go with Canvasonsale; I made an order 1/13, received it in under a week and shipping was A LOT less than printerpix, by $15.00!!”
