“Well, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the canvases I ordered. There was a strange orange tint to all the pictures, rendering my anticipated canvases unusable.
However, after many emails and promises to be contacted, I finally got on live chat with Mathew who was not only friendly and helpful but was kind, patient, and did everything he could to correct the problems I had encountered on multiple occasions. His help and speed of resolution made everything better. Five stars for live chat customer service. 2 stars for quality of the actual prints.”
