I wish there was a negative star option. They have been wildly unhelpful. I ordered well before the cut off date and have yet to receive my gift or even a proof. Upon a sending a few emails and receiving vague sentiments such as "we are working hard to get your order to you" I finally demanded an update on my personal order status. I am going to copy and paste the exact email they sent me. "Because you email 3 times a week. You ordered on the 20th we have a 3-4 week turn around written on every single page of the website. Give us some time to work and we'll get yuo everything you need and in time. Emailing weekly is just delaying us printing and shipping." It has been over 4 weeks. My order status says "unfulfilled" and I am going to have no gift for my sister on Christmas morning. I gave them plenty of time and they did not deliver. This company should be shut down.

I placed my order on Nov. 7th. After a few emails they responded saying they were busy. A month later after more emails from me, they sent an email with the proofs asking if I approve. I said yes, today, Dec. 21 After more emails, I have heard nothing. With it being the holidays I understand they are busy, but their website has false information, they dont respond to emails, they have no phone number, which is very odd. They had no problem taking my 256.00 the day I ordered, but they can't get my order to me? These 4 blankets were Christmas presents to my kids, which now I will not have. I do not recommend this company at all. Very poor customer service.

I ordered well in advance of their cut-off time to receive items by Christmas and they STILL haven’t shipped it or even confirmed that it is ready. It is now the Friday before Christmas and I am still waiting to get a response from my numerous emails. They claim they will respond within 24 hrs but they have not. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. This company is the worst. Would not recommend.

I order one blanket with 2 dog faces on it on November 16th so that I could have my blanket by Christmas. This is a week before their cut off date of November 25th. It is not December 21st and I have emailed 3 times and still nothing. Hopefully I can cancel my order and get my full refund back. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not heard a single thing from them. I am very disappointed in their professionalism, communication, and care for the customer. It’s almost like they set these dates and cross their fingers that we don’t care about Christmas. Or if they think everyone has the money to buy a last minute gift if their blanket doesn’t come in. Or they simply do not care about the customer. This review if going straight to their inbox.

Never got what I ordered. Never heard back from my many inquiries. It’s been over 2 months. Didn’t stop them from taking my money. Hopefully I can get it back. Seems like a complete scam.

I ordered 3 blankets on Nov4, i have emailed and emailed. I threatened to give a bad review and cancel my order and recieved a very snippy responce. When I told her I had emailed 5 times with no response she said that that's what the problem is. This is a Christmas tradition for us on Christmas eve. We all have coffee mugs jammies a cute blanket and movies. I picked these this year and truly wish i hadn't. If they cant't handle the ordes they should have cut them off. I paid $156 for 3 blankets. Worst company ever to work with. I sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!! Next thing is to call the bank and dispute the charges!! Thanks for ruining Christmas!!!!! By the way, I was guaranteed the blankets by 12-20 when I ordered!!!

THE TRUTH ABOUT ORDERING FROM PRINT YOUR PET I’m sharing my customer experience with PYP. This is an effort to provide transparency to customers left in the dark. • I received my order 10 weeks and 1 day after my order. • I sent PYP 25 emails to follow-up on my order. • They did not respond to any of my messages on social media. • They advertise “printing and shipping” in “3-4” weeks with Christmas cutoff on 11/25. Here’s a timeline of my order progress: 10/8/2018: Placed my order for a custom human-size blanket. 11/6/2018: Received art proof. I approve the same day. 11/8/2018: I’m told the approved art was sent to production. 11/24/2018: PYP mentions busy holidays and says to check my email for art. 11/30/2018: I’m told art was actually sent to production on 11/17. 12/5/2018: They apologize for the delay and push my order up in the queue. 12/6/2018: I’m told my order shipped, and they had sent me a tracking # (they didn’t). 12/10/2018: I get an auto PYP email saying my order shipped with DHL tracking*. 12/12/2018: I get a personal PYP email confirming shipment and tracking. 12/17/2018: There was a delay by DHL/USPS in delivering my order on 12/17. 12/18/2018: My PYP order finally arrives more than two months later. *DHL is an international carrier, which implies all or some of PYP's products ship from outside the U.S. In an email, they say production time takes “1-3 weeks (at most)”, domestic shipping is 3-5 days with 1-3 days priority, and international takes 1-2 weeks. Based on my last note, when you factor what they say about production time (1-3 weeks) and factoring in shipping from DHL to a local carrier aka USPS (3-5 days+), there is no way 3-4 weeks is a remotely realistic delivery. PYP would have less angry customers leaving messages on BBB, other boards, and social media if they were more transparent and realistic about their shipping on their website. It's very clear 3-4 weeks isn't remotely close to being accurate. If they took the time to update this information, they'd solve a lot more problems. Bottom line? If you send them 25+ emails making sure they stay on top of your order, you might get it in just over 10 weeks aka 2+ months.

I’m quite upset. I ordered a blanket for my sister for Christmas and I’m starting to think I’m now out of money and will never receive my blanket. :-( The bad reviews and the fact that I too have politely emailed, twice now and I have gotten no response. Worst customer service and we will see if they truly did just scam me 😰

Oct 29th ordered blanket. Seems like sock orders may be ok but blanket orders are not. Emailed said it would be shipped in two weeks. Nothing. They told me they wouldn’t help me unless I deleted a review. I deleted the review because I just want the blanket. Still nothing. I have asked to cancel the order. Still nothing. I have asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. I hope karma comes to play now.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a blanket in October and didn't receive it. Canceled the order and asked for a refund multiple times, to no avail. Do not do business with this company!!

I haven’t received my products yet, so I cannot comment on how it will look, but it’s three weeks since I placed the order, and I’ve heard nothing. When I emailed them (no phone number to contact them), they claimed their artists had just finished it and it was being sent to printing. But what put me off the most with this company was when I placed my order, they had a pop up that asked if I wanted to spend $10 for a “sneak peak” of my product to make sure it looked alright, I clicked no, and there was another pop up asking if I was sure, they could give me a sneak peak for $7, then again the same process for a digital image. So it made them seem pretty shady. And again, no product, no shipping date, and no real way to ge to the bottom of this other than a stock email, not answering my questions, just thanking me for my patience... There are countless companies out there that offer the same thing, GO ELSEWHERE!

Same exact experience as everyone else. At first, the company seems very legit. They respond to emails, send out art approval and are very friendly. However, after a month or so, you hear nothing. I ordered a blanket on October 19th and am still waiting. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I am disgusted by how many scam artists there are out there. I learned my lesson. Buyers be ware. NEVER order from this company or any other company advertising on Facebook.

I submitted an order Nov 7th. Despite multiple emails back and forth, one of which stated he was "looking at my artwork" I haven't had anything to review. Its December 11th. I've asked for a refund and been denied, even though they obviously haven't started it. My credit card company will be canceling the charge, but I'm irritated enough by their poor customer service that I hope no one ever orders from them again!

I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats!!! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2. As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB. So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!" Today I formally filed an FBI complaint regarding this company and would strongly encourage everyone to avoid doing business here. When you demand a refund they will try to intimidate you. To make a long story short: I ordered 2 prs of socks and a blanket. The socks shipped without incident but the blanket never did. After many emails and several weeks of being ignored I emailed that I was angry, would dispute the unfulfilled charge on my credit card, and would leave negative feedback. Got an instant response and here it is: "Instead of the threats just email legal@printyourpet.com and give us a chance to help other wise we'll fight the dispute, file a police report and criminal charges for frauding our bank and then I'll take your name, business and personal and start ranking in google for my own reviews. Careful who you threaten. What a disappointment it will be for the rest of your life have the real truth about how you fraud businesses that help dying animals." Is this really who you want to send your money to?

I have never written a review but guys, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I really hope this saves someone else from dealing with them. I ordered the beginning of October and still have not received my order. I totally understand businesses getting backed up with orders and was more than patient with them. This is absolutely a scam with an awful customer service. I approved their artwork on November 14th and still didn't hear anything. I checked up on it 5 days ago...nothing. I emailed again this morning and they said they never got the approval even though they emailed me confirming the approval. Since the order was still not in production I asked to cancel it and said I was worried about them scamming me based on the reviews I saw. This is their response and is not altered at all. Just copy and pasted : "Why would you waste $40 if we spent time to hand create you artwork for you to see and approve before we ship? I am trying to help I just don't understand the mentality why would we pay staff to keep emailing you and working on an item? If we really scammed people would we be in business just ask yourself that. 3 years over $1million a month in sales - we'd be shut down yet here we are. Maybe realize bad reviews account for less than 1% of our orders and impatient and rude people will always attack a business and make up a million stories to harm us. It doesn't stop what we do." Then I got a notification that my order had shipped. I emailed them back and said there was no way my order was "'hand created" and shipped within an hour and to refund me. Their response: "We can't you refund you - can you read? You approved artwork, we printed it - it waited to get shipped out and tracking activated we did just that." ....So disappointing.

They are refusing to cancel my order. I emailed them multiple times over the last week and they do not respond, so I went to their instagram. I politely asked for a phone number to call. After that one response, they immediately blocked me! I logged onto my other account, and I said if you block me again I will have no choice but to go to the BBB and other sites since they are refusing to help me. They said "threatening us will not end well". Well! If you helped your customers, we would not need to threaten to take action! They then said they blocked my other account for harassment. I'm sorry, but commenting ONE TIME asking for a phone number is not harassment! They ended up blocking my second account too when I asked them to refund my order. I had to create another account, and they said they filed a police report against me for "stalking". LOL! If they had just helped me when I asked, there would be no reason for me to try to continuously talk to them. They said I'd be getting a letter in the mail about the police report. Funny thing is, they do not have any of my real information including name, email, or address. And they would know this if they checked their emails from me! So they either filed one against the wrong person, or they lied. Either way, they still refuse to refund my order (which goes directly against their own policy. They state in their FAQ that you can cancel and order before it ships). So I wholeheartedly believe they are trying to scam people out of money. I do not want my order because of their terrible reviews, and when I try to cancel it they refuse. I am just going to file a complaint with the FTC and also go to my bank for a refund. They can deal with it.
