I am so frustrated with this company beyond words. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM! I ordered two blankets from this website on October 31st, 2018. They had it advertised on their website to order BEFORE November 25th, 218 to get your order delivered in time for the holidays. First off, they LIE about their order / production dates and times. There is no transparency with this company. If you have an issue they will just tell you to be patient and will sweep your issues under the rug like it's no big deal. EVERY TIME I reached out to this company asking SPECIFIC QUESTIONS about my order they would tell me to be patient, with no other explanation. Second off, their Customers Service is a friggin' joke. No communication what so ever. It's like they don't even care about your issues and concerns. There is no organization with this company and it's employees. What really ticks me off the most about this whole ordeal is that they shipped my order AFTER the holidays, literally December 26th, 2018. False advertising about placing your order on November 25th, 2018 to get your product shipped on time before the holidays. What really puts the cherry on top is that they sent me two blankets with the same print. What ever happened to the TWO separate pictures I sent you of my dog AND cat. Long story short, these people will take your money. Ignore your attempts of communication and will MUCK UP your order in the end any ways. What makes it even better is that they have really no official way for you to contact them besides through email. So have fun with trying to get in contact with them to right they're wrongs if they do mess up your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I pretty much wasted my money with fools.

if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely garbage company. I ordered 2 coffee mugs on November 23rd 2018 and it is now January 16th and I have not received it. Sent many emails and still have not heard back! Don't waste your time!

I ordered a coffee mug and a pillow on November 5th 2018 and paid 67.85 for both and it’s now January 15th. And I’ve asked for a refund several times and sent several emails about if I will ever get my product or a refund because I would rather have the money now anyways it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Their customer service is horrible, their refund service doesn’t exist and they will never be on time and I will never hug from there again and will advise everyone else to never buy from them.

I received my product, so it is not a scam... however, let me tell you how awful the customer service for this company is. I ordered in the beginning of October hoping to give my best friend a blanket to honour the legacy of her passed pet. I ordered well in advance - especially well in advance of their cut-off for Christmas, which was mid-November. I emailed after a few weeks to determine the progress on my order and expressed the need to have the gift for Christmas. I was met with rude and confrontational, unprofessionally written emails. Further, I expressed my dismay towards the emails I received and waited a few more weeks until I once again asked where my order is and if I will be receiving it. At this point, it had been so long that I assumed the company was scamming me. I told them I would have to make a claim with my credit card company if they do not reply to my emails and tell me the progress on my order. I was threatened with illegitimate legal action, and from then on the company went silent. I am knowledgable about the law so I knew that they could not sue me for anything, but I continued to wait to see if anything would happen with my order. Christmas passed and I continued waiting, but eventually I was about to file a complaint through the BBB. I then received an email about my shipping and eventually the product did come, and it is nice. However, the company is absolutely awful in terms of customer service, communication, and timeliness.

Ordered a blanket on november 12th, well before the deadline for guarunteed delivery by Christmas. Just like everyone else on here, have yet to recieve my order or even confirmation on shipping. They answer 1 out of 5 emails with generic responses. Do not waste your time or money. Dispuiting the charge through my bank.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case back in September, in October they sent me a proof that I was not happy with. I asked for them to make changes and weeks later they sent me back the exact same photo. I asked for a refund and they have been playing me like a fiddle! I messaged them through instagram and they promised me a full refund and then blocked me! Good thing I screenshotted the message! They have redirected me numerous times to different emails for assistance and they just beat around the bush. 4 months later after countless emails they finally said I cannot have a refund. Guess I’ll be going through my credit card company. All the reviews on their website are fake! Biggest scam EVER. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away...

I ordered my item on November 15th for Christmas, and halfway through January I still haven't recieved it. They've answered one of my 10 emails, not even sure if I'm ever going to get it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS SO CALLED "company". I ordered a custom blanket from them on November 25 and I still haven't received it. Not to mention I ordered by the cut off date to get it before Christmas for a gift. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and each time they are very rude and are not in the slightest bit helpful!!! And I waited for almost a week for someone to even respond back to me each time. We are now 7 weeks out since I ordered and I haven't even gotten a proof to edit to have them even begin. I will not be surprised if I don't ever receive my order seeing how I haven't heard back from them from the most recent email I sent them. But they didn't wait around to take my money that's for sure!

This is a SCAM and a FRAUD. You will not receive any other merchandise, you will not get answers, you cannot reach them, you will not get your money back. Do not trust me, look at all the other reviews. This company is a complete scam. As I'm sure hundreds have said - I wish I had googled the company before making a purchase. We all have similar stories: they reach out and ask for more money, if you try to contact them in ANY form you will not get a response back, if you threaten them in any way they will threaten you back, and you're left kicking yourself. If you made a purchase from this company, IMMEDIATELY go to your bank or however you purchased the item, and fial a claim. Get your money back (just not through them). Also, SPREAD THE WORD! Let others know not to trust them. They have screwed hundreds of customers, and they should be put out of business.

Placed my order on November 29 so I didn't really expect it to get here before Christmas buts it's now nearly 2 weeks into January and my order still shows "unfulfilled." They haven't responded to my emails and I had to file a dispute with my bank.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! NO MATTER THE PRICE. OR THE "TIME EXPECTED" I ordered 2 blankets on black friday and im still waiting for multiple email replies going weeks back! Go to mypetcanva. They are a more honest and helpful company!

Same as everyone else, I placed my order well before the holiday deadline. All my inquiries for status updates were ignored. On Dec. 25 I still hadn't even received the art to approve so I filed a claim with PayPal. They gave me a full refund as Print Your Pet didn't respond to them either. Now yesterday they just sent me to art for approval. Goes to show what a mess they are. Terrible customer service. Of all the pet portrait companies I went with them originally because they gave back to shelters. Now I have a hard time believing they are anything more than a scam.

They literally threaten you with bogus legal action if you attempt to dispute the charges with your bank (after THEY don't send you your product). It's beyond ridiculous. I see a lot of good reviews, and that's fine. Maybe they apparently give some people their product, but please, please don't put yourself through this. Terrible communicators, and it truly does feel like a scam.

DO NOT ORDER! Like others, I wish I had done more research. Do NOT trust that professional looking website. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter at on November 7th...PLENTY of time to avoid the Christmas rush and before their posted dedline to make it in time for Christmas. Since I had not heard back to approve the art work by Dec 1st and order status never left "processing" status, i started emailing for a status. I got a response explaining there was a backlog and they had hired more artists for the xmas season. No email was ever addressed until i started demanding a refund. FINALLY I get a response that says since the art work was already out for approval, a refund is not possible. 2 minutes later, i got an email to approve the art work. that was mid December. It is Jan 8th, and I still have no product, no responses are being made to any of my message, and now the order status page says my order cannot be found. This is a sham company. reports have been made to my bank, the Texas attorney general, and the BBB. Beware!I purchased 2 months ago and they stole my money! No product, no refund, and now my order "cannot be found". Check the BBB and buyers beware

It says on your site, Christmas Order Cut-Off was Nov 25th I placed my order on Nov 21. I’ve emailed you 3 times now regarding my order and have yet to receive any confirmation on the status of it, only a please be patient reply. I’ve been patient, it’s now Christmas Day and I haven’t received my order and it still says unfulfilled on the order page. I expect a full Refund ASAP as well as my order still since y’all can’t seem to get it together over the holidays even though I clearly made the cutoff date. This is absurd and will not be carrying any future business with your company.

I also ordered more than 3 months ago and have heard absolutely nothing despite multiple emails. I highly encourage anyone to file with the BBB online it is very fast and easy and will prevent any further loss to others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scamming company. I ordered a blanket for Christmas on November 5, 2018, and today is January 5, 2018, and so far no blanket. I have written them several emails and have gotten rude and short responses that all respond with "wait a little longer" or "be patient" when I was requesting a refund. I have emailed them about four times, and now my email and account has been blocked and I am no longer allowed to see my tracking information. Also, there is no phone number on the website, and the address they provide in Dallas, TX is false. THIS IS A RED FLAG. Print Your Pet is a disgusting company that is taking thousands of dollars every day without providing a product. They are hard to work with, rude, and this whole company deserves to be taken down. Also, my order ID is false because I don't want PrintYourPet to contact me about anything I have said in this review. PrintYourPet's CEO, Justin Garza, deserves to serve time for this criminal business. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
