It says on your site, Christmas Order Cut-Off was Nov 25th I placed my order on Nov 21. I’ve emailed you 3 times now regarding my order and have yet to receive any confirmation on the status of it, only a please be patient reply. I’ve been patient, it’s now Christmas Day and I haven’t received my order and it still says unfulfilled on the order page. I expect a full Refund ASAP as well as my order still since y’all can’t seem to get it together over the holidays even though I clearly made the cutoff date. This is absurd and will not be carrying any future business with your company.

I also ordered more than 3 months ago and have heard absolutely nothing despite multiple emails. I highly encourage anyone to file with the BBB online it is very fast and easy and will prevent any further loss to others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scamming company. I ordered a blanket for Christmas on November 5, 2018, and today is January 5, 2018, and so far no blanket. I have written them several emails and have gotten rude and short responses that all respond with "wait a little longer" or "be patient" when I was requesting a refund. I have emailed them about four times, and now my email and account has been blocked and I am no longer allowed to see my tracking information. Also, there is no phone number on the website, and the address they provide in Dallas, TX is false. THIS IS A RED FLAG. Print Your Pet is a disgusting company that is taking thousands of dollars every day without providing a product. They are hard to work with, rude, and this whole company deserves to be taken down. Also, my order ID is false because I don't want PrintYourPet to contact me about anything I have said in this review. PrintYourPet's CEO, Justin Garza, deserves to serve time for this criminal business. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my product on October 10th 2018, I have yet to receive my order or the full refund I have demanded. I have written several emails (more than I would like to count) with no response. This was a Christmas gift and here it is January 3rd and no sign of my order. There are no phone numbers to call. I am very disappointed in this “company”. If anyone finds out how to help this situation I would love to hear from them as well . Email Kelleye2@hotmail.com This has been a painful and time Consuming effort . I cannot believe they do not even respond, and I even left them my phone number. What a scam. And the questions below this review do not have a spot to say you did not receive your order or a refund.

I placed my order for a custom blanket of my best friend's cat on SEPTEMBER 26TH!!!!! I received a picture of my custom art work about a month later, and now December 30th I have not received my item nor have any of my 3 emails been answered. I am out $70 and now I feel like a horrible friend.

Never received product and emails go unanswered. Ordered on November 26 and after first initial please be patient email they are now not responding. I failed to research before ordering which is something I never do but got excited about perfect gift for my daughter. I have filed with the BBB and have reported their site to Facebook. My bank is now helping me get my money back. Take the time to do this so we can stop this scam.

I'm in the same boat as apparently 80% of the people who ordered something from this company. I ordered a blanket for my sister as a Christmas gift on October 29 and then got an email on Dec 9 showing me what the artwork looked like. I figured it would get here for Christmas. Well its December 28 and I have emailed them twice asking about it and I have heard nothing back. I'm confused as to how there are good reviews with people posting pictures with their products. Also confused as to why they would bother to create the art if they're not going to send it. Maybe it will show up next year? Angry with the company and annoyed at myself for falling for the trick.

-1261271827 stars. Merry Christmas to me....down $40 :) I am FURIOUS, to say the least. I was SO excited to give this "pillow" to my sister for Christmas...turns out it wasn't even a pillow after all. It was a SCAM. I even emailed the "company" and they told me they would let the "team" know I emailed to speed up the process. WHAT COMPANY?WHAT TEAM? The "team" that steals your money?? Not a team I want to be on! If you already made an order from this site, I feel your pain. If you're thinking about placing an order....ABORT MISSION. Do not 'awww" at the pictures. Do not even consider. NOTHING IS REAL.

Wish I saw all the reviews prior to ordering. Placed my order on 11/9, well before this Christmas cut off. Emailed (the only way to contact them) several times asking for a status. Eventually received a response requesting I be patient during their busy season. It is now post Christmas and I still do not have my order. Do not buy from them.

I have emailed 5 times. I have not received ANYTHING about my order that I ordered all the way in NOVEMVER! Horrible business, can’t even respond back to their customers or keep their word when saying that you will get your order before Christmas if you ordered before November 25th. I haven’t even received shipment information!

Same as everyone else. Ordered November 4th. Still don’t have the product. Beyond upset. When or if they do answer a email it’s a lie and please have patience. I have asked for the owners information or at least email and they are rude. Has anyone gotten a lawyer involved yet?

No blanket, No refund, and Zero contact. Tried to get more money out of me. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month. I sent 5 emails, and tried to look for a number, but found nothing. I was emailed by them to pay for an "add on" for the full body option, which I selected, and watched the additional cost be added to my order. I followed the order process step by step, and now they won't email me back. I am not a rich person, and I don't have a lot of family left after my Granny passed away. I just wanted a blanket (one of my favorite things) with my dog, who I love so much, on it for christmas. They're a bunch of cons, and now I'm out some groceries with no cozy blanket to show for it. Im just sorry i was stupid enough to fall for this. Will call them out on Instagram and then probably get blocked. Contacted my bank and they will be helping me sort this out. They will be refunding me the money, and I asked about an investigation from this seller, and they said it was possible.

Just like everyone else I too have been scammed by this piece of sh**. Ordered in November, was lead on over and over till I called them out for being a scam, and now I’m getting no reply. Hopefully all these reviews stop someone from going through this terrible experience but it seems that we all come here after already being scammed and it’s too late.

Literally the worst customer service/company ever! DO NOT order from this place! I placed my order on October 13th and the company said it would be delivered by Christmas. Well that's a big lie. It is December 26th and I still have not received those items. Wasted $100 dollars. Not to mention, they never respond to e-mails.

Order Christmas presents on 23 October, did not get confirmed artwork until 5 December, and presents still not received for Christmas, appalling company that can't deliver products in 2 months for Xmas.

I have the same complaint also as all of you I placed my order September 28 , I got the t shirt November 2 they are rude and don’t answer after the first email . I got the tee -shirt it looks so cheap it’s purple in front and bright white in back looks so ugly the art work is fine shirt is ugly like that .. I ordered a sympathy mug my moms dog passed in SEPTEMBER I emailed them December saying I still don’t have mug they said we will look into it never emailed me back on it just mailed it out just arrived today DECEMBER 24, how does mug take 3 months . They are rude horrible company do not order from them order from a difference place for printing your pets .. no customer service very rude when they email you ....

Never got the product. Ordered October 4 and at first they just said patience we are busy this time of year. Then they stopped answering emails. The phone number is phony and 3-4 week delivery has turned into 13 weeks and not even a tracking number. $90 for nothing. Sorry I ordered this as a Christmas gift. Don’t fall for this scam
