Ordered in good faith Told by Royal Mail ,,delivery was made on tracking app , however no delivery was ever made , contacted pure heavenly chocolate to be told……… chase it up with Royal Mail …… errr no !!! Not my choice of delivery service You chase it up !!! obviously no time for after sales No impressed. First and definitely last time I shop here !! How does chocolate taste ??? Who knows ?

My husband purchased the milk chocolate selection for me as an Easter gift as I am lactose intolerant. He was less than impressed with the delivery and had to call several times to ask why it was taking so long. As for the confectionery itself, I fail to see how it can be called chocolate, the overriding aftertaste is dextrose, the flavours are very artificial and the only resemblance it has to chocolate is colour and at a push, texture. Sorry to be so damning, I commend you for your ‘free from’ principles but if chocolate doesn’t taste of chocolate, what’s the point?

Let's start with the mouth feel. The 'milk' has a grainy, almost gritty texture. The plain is better, but has a rather waxy texture. Neither is pleasant. As for flavours, I have not been through the whole of the selection box yet, but first impressions are not good. The lemon was acceptable, but the banana had that catch-the-back-of-the-throat artificial taste of the cheap banana split sweets I used to waste my pocket money on over 60 years ago. The strawberry, too, seemed totally synthetic. For me, a waste of money. Back to real chocolate.

I tried the dark tasting kit. I love dark chocolate and tend to have some most days and I also like to keep my sugars/carbs light. I’m afraid to say this is horrible -hard to describe but didn’t taste real - very artificial flavoured and not chocolatey. The 85% chocolate available from most supermarkets is way nicer and just as little sugar/carbs (in fact less) as this stuff. No issues with ordering and delivery just a shame it is not nice!

Just tastes absolutely vile- nothing like chocolate at all! The dark is vaguely more acceptable than the milk substitute but still horrible. Really don’t get why people are buying this stuff. We had a big box of it for Christmas but literally everyone hated it so it ended up in the bin.

If you have a sweet tooth don’t buy these. Because they don’t have the sugar of normal chocolate they taste awful. They don’t do refunds if you don’t like the taste.

Disappointing experience. I ordered a taster box and got only 4 flavors of what I requested. My bars were mostly repeated and flavors that I don't eat or like at all. What is the point of a taster box if you will be repeating flavors? they blamed the huge number of orders they are getting. Sorry, but if you are not ready to have more orders and you are limited in manufacturing, why do keep marketing and accepting orders? This is unprofessional. I remember him on the Dragon show saying how much customers he lost and I am not really sure he is doing any better now. In terms of flavour, it was far from rich. Very light chocolate. You can eat few bars and do not feel satisfied. When I eat regular chocolate, 2 pieces are enough for me. This makes it too pricey considering the small size and its failure to make you feel that you had enough from having few pieces as he claimed in the show. I hope this was worth it because low sugar is very important for me but the overall experience considering the price is just not worth it. Would not buy again.

Take on staff falsy and punt them at a drop of a hat with false reasoning horrendous place to work no extra pay or thanks for starting early or working later to help out avoid this place doesnt matter how good of a worker you are you will get 6 weeks work max and then shown the door terribke turn around and staff

Bought ten bars recently as a gift for my friend who loves chocolate. Kept two for myself! Tried them and do not like the chocolate one bit. Leaves after taste too. Now don’t know whether to give them to her at all. Should not have listened to Peter Jones. My advice is keep to the real chocolate but have a little less.

Bought two bars of Heavenly chocolate, orange & salted caramel, what a disappointment it was. I was expecting something luscious but all I got was weird, that's the best way to describe this chocolate, it tasted sort of powdery and left an odd taste in the mouth. The two bars lasted us three nights and it just got weirder as we ate it, in fact I couldn't finish mine. I didn't feel as if I was having a treat at all.

Looks great, tastes...of nothing! Really disappointed, received a box with multiple flavours and was so excited to try them. The texture was weird and the taste was just not good.

Was bought a gift box of 6 bars for my birthday. Looked lovely, well packaged. Was very excited to try them out, especially the salted caramel one. However, had one square of this chocolate and really didn’t like it. Very bland, doesn’t melt in the mouth like it should. Really disappointing. Tried two more of the selection; mint and coconut, with similar disappointing results. Won’t be buying or recommending unfortunately which is a shame as it was an expensive present. May well melt it to use as an ingredient for something else.

Ordered two weeks ago but still not even despatched... I was really looking forward to trying it as I am diabetic cancer patient and thought it would be a treat during my 12 weeks of shielding. I waited so long that I gave up, I know things are slower because of the difficulties with the virus, but to not even process it within 2 weeks is poor service. I asked to cancel my order which was done with ill grace. Won’t be trying their chocolate then!

My very 1st order took an exceptionally long time to arrive, I was promised a 33% reduction on my 2nd order, which turned out to be a false promise! I was charged full price and never received a single penny off of my 2nd order!!

Bought early on. Took 2months to deliver, poor comms. Chocolate was awful, left greasy taste in mouth. Advent calendar arrived damaged with similar tasting choc. I threw it all away, £40s worth. Complained. Received feedback stating manufacturing problems caused issues with texture and taste and i would receive my order again. Never did. Left feedback on here, as did many others giving poor rating with similar experience. It was all deleted and now all we have is fake feedback on here, dont fall for it. Total waste of money, don't waste yours.
