“Waited more than 1/2hr for bus. V long queue so clearly a buss hadn’t been for some time before we arrived at stop ‘E’. Bus was crammed full - clearly overloaded and some people not able to board. Arrived at key collection point to find only few people disembarked so the bus must have been delivering other people somewhere else? Collected key with no indication of where car was parked! In car every switch and dial Had been changed. Very poor experience.”

“Waited 30mins for the bus when other companies buses was coming and going. Then to find the driver was also the receptionist to check us out leaving other waiting.”

“Awkward to find with the given postcode. Had to phone and was told to put airport parking after the postcode. Waze then found it. The driver taking back to car park could have helped with bags.”

“40 min wait for bus, quoted 20mins, took 35mins to get back to parking with no traffic, quoted 20mins max, looks like they added Terminal 5 to route after i made booking. Also gave wrong bus stop number to be collected from at Heathrow, overall terrible service.”
