Easy access. Plenty of spaces. Close to terminal. Only a short five to ten minute walk.

Purple parking ok. However the meet and greet parking at terminal 2 Manchester is most certainly not meet and greet. You drive into a car park. Then walk to the terminal with your luggage check in the car and deposit your key. We were staying in a hotel so the. Had to walk and find this. On return you walk to the car park. Find their office then walk to find your car. Meet and greet is where you pull up outside the terminal at departures and a person meets you, they take the car. When you arrive back they meet you at arrivals with your car. This is just normal parking. Don’t be fooled and pay the extra.

Easy to find at Gatwick service excellent. I did not understand why when I retrieved my car why there was a note on the dashboard saying that the car did not lock. It was locked when I picked it up. Also someone seemed to have used the front passenger seat which was reclined in a position I never have it in. Mileage seemed right.

I have used Purple Parking several times and always be happy with the service. This time when arriving at the airport at 4.00am the barrier did`nt lift. I called the attendant who said my reg did`nt match my booking. It had my old vehicle reg I sold 7 years ago. I parked at Purple Parking Gatwick earlier this year in this car with no problem. I was made to take a ticket to enter. I rang Purple Parking whilst away and It was all sorted out I did`nt have to pay twice. I will use Purple Parking again.

Usually very good service however this time the barriers didn't automatically raise either at departure or arrival. The assistant did help us but its unnerving when you have to ask for help. No reason was given as to why the automatic number plate reading didnt work.

Price is great. Technology at the gate reliable and easy. Bus regular with space too sit. Only improvement might be better signage and lighting in the car park.
