“Booked Meet & Greet again. Nice simple service and worked well. I note someone else mentioned that their delay was returned and they had to pay a lot extra - we had paid the extra pound or so to avoid this, if it were to have happened.”

“One of the office staff doesn’t know their left from their right. Wrong directions to the meet and greet car park on a late night return, does not help!”

“Simple to use But had a problem abroad still here and they are telling me I have to pay an additional £67 a day. Life threatening here so had to stay I’m not sure how long I need to stay but probably never use again unless something can be sorted Would like to use again but we will see !!”

“Why would you park a nice clean car under a tree. My car is sticky almost all over apart from the front end, from tree sap. Will I get £30 back to get my car cleaned”

“Everything worked so smoothly. My car was automatically recognised both at the beginning and end of our stay. Bus driver who returned us to our parking location, was very helpfull.”

“no problem picking up the car but the signs for meet and greet could be put further out they seemed to be very close to the actul turning it would be better if they started at the M11 roundabout”

“Car drop off and pick up were fine. We flew out of terminal 5 but returned to terminal 4 and tried to contact them to ask how to get to terminal 2, 3 or 5 as they dont pick up at terminal 4. No one answered so we texted and they replied telling us the bus stops for 2,3 and 5. Asked airport staff and third person knew about the free shuttle. Still ended up walking a long distance with our cases.”
