“Not impressed with the layout. I booked in advance paid extra for late arrival/departure. Arrived late because of warning ⚠️ light saying slow puncture. First barrier didn't recognise my reg Eventually barrier operator couldn't find details eventually did but no apology. Limited spaces and Very tight. No markings of spaces or lanes. Therefore upon returning could not find car BUT the good news was a security person helped me to find it. Even if rows were marked A to Z this wouldn't have happened. This was my first time @ Liverpool airport”

“Everything was simple and swift. Good welcome, easy parking and no wait for the bus. Same on return with only a couple of minutes to wait for the bus to arrive. Loved the personal message as we left via the exit barrier.”

“All very organised as usual. Slight problem this time as we ended up on the wrong purple parking bus! very busy and tickets not checked, resulting in return to airport for correct bus. With three cases and one of us being disabled both in late seventies, it was quite stressful. Many thanks to other passages for their help in assisting us both.”

“I booked Via Holiday Extras Who used Purple Parking to park in Airparks in Luton. All I can say is an exemplary service at Airparks ,easy and fast drop off and collection was so simple, scan your return ticket at the collection point and a secure box opens with your key in it, and your vehicle is left ready for you, just outside in the exit bays. I would definitely recommend and would use again”

“Umm ! Long queues to book in at 05.15! Could have been much slicker with staff st the desk as well as automated booking-in machines. Long queues also on return to collect the car. Both not helpful for someone in mid 70s.”
