Quick transfer and a short wait for the bus on the way back. Swift admin/ getting the keys to the car on the way home. However, the bus staff expected me to put my luggage on the top rack which was double my height and he knew I could not reach it.

Website advertised EV charging - however this wasn’t the case and we turned up with little charge which made the return journey stressful. We also paid for the express service with shuttles every 3 minutes, although the return trip took 20 minutes and we ended up having to call to check a bus was even coming. Would not recommend and very disappointed

Great service, soon as we got there they took us straight to the airport, then as soon as we got our luggage on the way back rang them and they came straight away

T2 M&G - The instructions to collect the car weren't clear, we needed to collect the car from a different area than the previous times, and ended up going on different floors throughout the airport back to the check-in desk at M&G who directed us to go back down to where we had started & cross the road . The lady at M&G agreed with us and asked us to submit details on our feedback form. Settings has been changed on the car. We understand that someone of a different size needs to move the car but the seat height / tilt adjustment & mirrors were way different to how we had left them . Signs for exiting the car park weren't clear and we drove around the car park twice trying to find a way out. The entrance and exit are so tight it would be very easy to scrape your car. We class this as a premium car park, at premium prices but don't want to use it again

Highly recommend. A great start to any holiday, friendly helpful staff, bus was waiting to take us to the terminal. I would definitely use purple parking again.

I booked a car park for terminal 2. When I arrived using satnav for the postcode I couldn’t access the car park I was given. I then used what 3 words to access the car park which I eventually located at terminal 1. After going through the pickup parking as I thought I was in the wrong car park and incurring another £5 charge as a result I went back round to the barrier I was directed to initially to find it did actually open. I then had a fast 20 minute Walk to t2 to make my flight. Disappointing and quite stressful as a result. This did not reflect my previous experience with you.

Great service! Staff all friendly and helpful! Whilst trying to get everyone through the service without hold ups! Literally can’t fault this and also a very decent price! Thank you for a great service which we will definitely use again! And recommend you guys
