Fast key drop off and collection. My only gripe would be for the road to be maintained/resurfaced and the letters & numbers be repainted on the parking bays, as it's hard enough to read some of them in the daylight, never mind in the pitch black.

I made a mistake in my booking. I had to change the time by 8 hours in the same day and you charged me £9. Disgusting. I will never use again.

Very easy to use. My only complaint was that the buses aren’t big enough or need to be more frequent for the amount of people using them. Luggage storage onboard is very limited and not all customers are able to lift a 23kg suitcase onto upper racks.

I had to pay myself the short stay car park fee of £7.50 on arrival. I was an hour late arriving, but had phoned the telephone number provided 30 minutes before arrival only to be told by an automated call to proceed to the drop off area. I have always booked with purple parking for over 15 years but will consider another company for our next trip at the end of the year

The staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful, even ifs it’s silly o’clock!! Everything runs really well. Would park anywhere else.

We have used purple parking silver zone at Bristol on many occasions without a problem. Sadly on 20th September 2025 our flight arrived on time and waited for the transfer bus quite a while. We only hand hand luggage to reduce waiting time at the baggage carousel. Eventually arrived at key collection only to be told the car was not ready as our flight was not due in yet and we were early. This was not the case as when the key was eventually found 1.5 hours later the yellow tag clearing correctly indicated our scheduled flight and arrival time. We were told there was not a senior member of staff or manager that we could speak with as they were out looking for our key/ car. We were not acknowledged, informed, updates without asking no apology other than we are looking for the key.!! This has left us with no confidence to book again with Purple parking. A complaint had been logged via the QR code and awaiting a response to which we had an automated reply to say this response could take 20 days I will await the outcome if / when it arrives.

Meet and greet at Gatwick South. Great drop off but told we had to phone after collecting luggage on return? I wasn’t expecting this. Led to a 20 minute delay waiting for car. Should rename it to meet and wait 20 minutes whilst we go and get your car. Might as well have gone to long stay?

On our return my car keys were not available. I had to ask your member of staff to find the key which was in a box in the office. Unusual for your systems to fail

All very straight forward. Checking in was straightforward and the guy at reception at Gatwick was helpful and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for the the bus to the terminal and it came quickly and the bus driver took his time explaining where to find him on our return.

It was specially arranged by the staff for the bus driver to drop me off at my hotel (as it was en route to the terminal and was safe to stop). This saved me a mile walk / taxi.
