Very efficient but it was not obvious to me (though I’m sure it was in the small print) that my car would be driven 6 miles away to be parked. I’m sure Purple/Maple are a legit business, but I really hate the idea of some unknown, probably low paid worker driving my car. Also, drop off staff, although quite effective, struck me as being rather ‘minimal’ with the customer niceties. Pick up staff were a little more friendly. Really annoyed that not only had my seat and mirrors been moved (fair enough), but other settings on the car (air conditioning and steering wheel height and rake adjustment made). In my view, unnecessary for a short trip. The reason I used Maple this time is because I had issues with vehicle damage with other Meet And Greet providers at LHR in the past, so did not want to leave my keys or have my car driven. Won’t be using them again frankly, will just pay the extra for LHR park and ride

Had an issue on our return so couldn't leave the parking straight away flat battery so had to wait for rescue to arrive, no number available at 2 o'clock in the morning to contact in an emergency to say our departure would b delayed,other than that no issue's

Easy drop off at Gatwick north or at the north terminal offsite parking. Quick and easy and car waiting on our return. Have used you many times now as travel quite often

In 9 months the cost of meet and greet has doubled with no change to the service. Upon arrival back to the uk I also found that my built in dash cam to my car had been tampered with. I will be looking for alternative parking at stanstead airport!!

Very good on arrival. Give your keys. Given a card (not to lose) so can claim your car on return and told what bus stop to wait at when you get back. The return is a little less clear because you wait at this bus stop, seeing quite a few purple parking busses come and go without stopping, and start to doubt if you are standing in the right place. Inevitably many in the queue started to wander to see if there was another bus stop. A bus did eventually stop but when asking the driver if it went to Bath Road (Where our car had been left) all he said was "This is Purple Parking" and yes he did speak good English, as we chatted at the end. We then sat with the bus seemingly go in the wrong direction. After a while I worked out that it was also picking up at Terminal 5 before going to the car park. The trip would have been easier if it had been made clear that A) There would be many buses not stopping but have faith and B)The route the bus would take. Overall though good service. My car was close to reception ready for collection on arrival. Would use again.

We were very late for our late, but the team that served us were really helpful and did not cause us any further stress. We managed to get our flight and on return, it was super easy to collect our car and head off. We will definitely be using them again.

Totally stressful getting to carpark. Both phones took us to wrong parking with the address we were provided! No signage! What should have taken 20mins from hotel took 1 hr 45 mins! Asked a garage and 2 taxi drivers. Only 1 taxi driver could help! He saved us. Once finally at purple parking all went smoothly with 2 buses waiting.

Great service and easy to use. Only feedback is that the parking spaces were really tight which is not ideal when you have luggage and children to get in and out.

I was travelling alone with my toddler, a stroller and a number of suitcases. When I arrived, I parked my car in a designated child space. I was not informed at any stage that my car would be moved. Upon return, there was quite a wait for the bus as the buggy wouldn’t fit on. The staff that side were very helpful and apologetic so this was not an issue. However, when I returned my car had been moved and had been driven into a narrow bay which caused a lot of issues for me when loading my vehicle and managing a small child. This should have been made clear. The staff who returned my keys to me did not seem to care.

Terrible, car not ready when arrived back, extremely rude reception said I was early, yes 10 minutes early, had to wait 40 minutes for them to go get my car. There was 20 miles on my clock so it wasn’t just round the corner!! Will never use again.
