“Easy to drop off and pick up car. Unfortunately there was no bus after 23.30 at T3 despite being told that they ran up to midnight. A phone call was necessary to the office who then sent one to pick us up.”

“I used Purple Parking when going on holiday from Newcastle Airport. I’d opted for long stay plus express drop off. It worked a treat. We were able to drive into the drop off area by the terminal. Take the bags into the terminal and my wife stayed with them whilst I then took the car to long stay. Going into and out of the drop off area worked well with number plate recognition ensuring the exit barrier opened automatically when I approached. Spaces where available in long stay ensuring that I was only a 5 minute walk back to the terminal. Picked up the car on return and ticket opened barrier without any problem. All hassle free and a very good service.”

“On arrival dropping off the vehicle went really smooth. On return from holiday, followed the instructions and phoned when luggage had been collected. Went to the collection point and wrong car was waiting for us, then had to wait a further 20 mins for my car to arrive. Very frustrating after a long flight home. While waiting a friend from the same flight was also told he would have to wait as his car wasn't there also!”

“There were no problems. Drop off and pick up. There was no wait for the Shuttle bus .. also booked in emergency on the day of the flight and price was great compare to another greedy companies. Thank you, stay like that.”

“I had to return a day earlier than planned and you changed my old pick up time to the new one without any difficulties, and the car was there waiting for me. However, there were problems actually getting through to you on the phone to make this change, so I can only give you 4 stars.”
