“Good check-in. On return ambiguous car location information (0/cj18). Turned out car was in bay 0 which was unidentifiable in the dark. Car was hidden behind larger car. Staff treated me as an idiot. Will probably avoid this car park in future.”

“Very quick and efficient check in and pick up. Reasonable price. However long wait for the pick up bus, and then went on to terminal 5!! Just what we don’t need after a 14,hour flight. Extra buses on asap please!! Bus very crowded not enough room for all the luggage.”

“The service was super and timely. You do not have to wait for your car. Just call them when you're at the baggage reclaim and by the time you arrive at level 4 your car will be waiting for you to drive. I will recommend their services to anyone who may need Marple Meet and Greet services at any airport.”

“Outbound was seamless - parking was easy and the bus to Terminal 3 very quick. Coming back in the late evening, I was surprised that the bus stopped off to pick up passengers both at Terminal 2 (expected) and then drove all the way to Terminal 5 to pick up some more. My expectation was that the bus would go straight to the parking after Terminal 2 as had happened outbound. This detour to Terminal 5, to pick up 2 passengers, added at least 30 minutes to the journey, which was very annoying at 11pm.”

“On the outward journey everything worked really well as expected from previous experience. How ever on the way back we had to wait for half an hour for the bus to turn up at the South Terminal and when it did it was absolutely already rammed with people and suitcases so assume they came from the North Terminal and probably had to wait a while as well hence why the bus was so full. Incidentally while we were waiting 2 buses from APH arrived and went which got everybody talking in the queue and it does appear to me from this and previous journeys that your buses are not as frequent as some of the other companies.”

“Competitive pricing and very efficient to park and hand in your keys. The staff were very polite and helpful when required.The shuttle bus was on time and it was easy to find our pick up point on return. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Staff are friendly, but car was returned damaged. I failed to notice the damage upon collecting the car from their underground car park, however they refuse to check cctv footage or to even investigate the matter, which can be easily be resolved. If your into giving your car a full MOT and inspection after you land from your holiday, this is the one for you. For those that expect to pay for their car to be professionally looked after however, so they can collect their car and be on their way… I would swerve this company at all costs!!”

“A member of staff left the driver's door not properly shut and unlocked. This resulted in the power being left on (the car is electric) which partially drained the traction battery. I had to contact head office twice by on-line chat to request that a call be made to the park and that the door be closed and locked. The park appears to have no public telephone number. After recovering the car I had to charge it in order to get home. Not impressed! Against this the bus driver on the return journey was great - cheerful and helpful.”

“Thus was a great experience from beginning to end. We arrived and parked handed in our keys and got on a bus to Gatwick all within 5 minutes. Coming back was just as easy. Great service and thank you.”
