There was no one there to greet us this time to tell us which lane to park in but we just used our imagination! Staff friendly and bus was waiting. On the way back we had to wait about 15/20 minutes for a bus which is a bit of a pain when you have had a long journey. But got to the desk first and our car was parked in a nice space unlike last time when they were so close together you couldn’t even get in!

The experience was first class. Easy to find parking space, prompt outbound bus, same on return and the bonus of being sole passengers!

Easy to find, easy to park, bus there already, quick transfer to the airport, and bus there as we came out of the airport on our return at 2.15am so all was perfect

We had called ahead to say I had to change the flight by one day, the person said ok but when I called to pick it up, they said they had not received any calls and basically called my a liar, I then had to wait 45 mins for the car, missing an important work meeting. So 2 things what refund for 1 day early do I get, and what can you do in terms of compensation?

Check in online made dropping my car off very easy. Had an issue with getting my key out of the box on my return as the handle is quite small, I couldn’t hold it properly and it slammed shut with my key inside. However, a very helpful member of staff got it out for me and I didn’t have to wait long. Was also grateful of the grace period re paying extra when delayed. Only had to pay an extra day after a cancelled flight, even though I was over 24hrs late. Very good service all round, much appreciated.

Very impressed with the staff they saw I was having a bit of trouble walking they came to me and helped with my luggage. Have used purple parking for years the staff have always been very helpful. Thank you.

Easy to book and pay. Easy to find the correct parking area, it was very busy when we arrived so had quite a walk to departures.

The only issue is the buses are not frequent enough for me, I had to wait plus 10 mins ,it should only be 5 at max

Not happy there was confusion on arrival and had to wait to park worried that we would miss the flight. The attendant was rude and abrupt due to being busy and not enough staff. On return my car was parked in an ackward place and additional mileage clocked???? The bus took ages to get to south terminal two were full up and third almost didn’t take people waiting!!! I’m not pleased with the service and will seriously consider if I will park again with purple parking.

Hard to found place , not advertised anywhere on the way . Google point from the link is completely in different place . Had to pay extra 11£ to get out from the car park and drive around again. Very disappointed.

I couldn’t get out the car park when I was leaving, it was asking for £10, I rang a few times to get this resolved but no one was picking up the phone so had no choice but to pay, won’t be booking via purple parking again
