“Arrived to find that even though I'd booked back in March there was no booking reservation showing on there system, so had to wait while they had to create a new booking which took some time, then when I arrived back they asked for my reg and when they entered it into there computer it wasn't coming up with a booking so it took way longer than it needed to, to retrieve the keys for the car bearing in mind it was 3am.”

“Great service from the staff we dealt with and car was ready to go by the time we got to the pick up point. However the rear end of the car was very dirty and had obviously been half parked under a tree as it was covered in tree sap and seeds which means the car will have to be cleaned hence the slightly lower rating.”

“Car was returned in same condition as left. I will not use again - the official Heathrow parking is more expensive but way less hassle, and you know exactly where your vehicle will be during your trip away.”

“Purple parking made me anxious whether I was going to find a parking space which I’d paid for. Eventually found one in overspill area. Not enough buses on. Pick up and return at the car park instead of using one bus for pick ups and one for return. Chaotic time bus full people standing, difficulty being able to retrieve suitcases. A better system needs to be introduced, with regards to Health and Safety of the passengers.”

“The postcode took us to the airport and were charged an extra &7.00 through express drop off. Also the barrier came down on the car as I was going through so it didn’t recognise my number plate. All in all not impressed!”
