“We use Purple Parking all the time and usually no issues but this time the bus service was poor. We arrived at the car park for our outbound flight and had to wait ages for a bus the reception was full of people. On the return journey it took 1 hour from arriving at bus stop term 3 to getting back to car park.”

“Seamless experience at drop off and collection, but not happy with the £14.99 valet I additionally booked. The inside hadn’t been vacuumed, and outside was dripping wet - which then went on to dry in dusty streaks. So had to wash it again when I got home.”

“Quick and easy to drop car off. I was surprised I had to wait at least 20 mins before car was returned. I paid £34 for a Valet car wash whilst I was away which I was a bit disappointed with once I got in my car and noticed several areas had not been cleaned. I had left a few £1 coins in the car which I half expected to be gone when I collected my car but to my surprise nothing was taken. Thank you :)”

“Although a great experience. It takes a long time to get back to your car. I know it's the way it is but we landed terminal 3 had to go terminal 2 then terminal 4 then back to the car which took 50 mins from the time we got outside. Then we have to drive all the way back past terminal 5, just a bit annoying after a long day of traveling. I know that's the way it is. I think it is a great service apart from that issue.”
