Ease of booking, getting to the car park, parking, transport to and from the airport, was all very good.

Used Maple parking for terminal 5 at LHR. Check in and check out very efficient and a regular bus service to and from the terminal with a cheery driver each time. I know they move the car to a larger compound and it's nice they put a sheet of paper in the driver footwell so as not to dirty the mat. Used several time and would recommend.

Paid for meet and greet. When we arrived before our flight we were told we had arrived half hour too early and had to pay a parking fee. Then when we returned our cars were not ready at the meet and greet. The guy told us we were supposed to phone to let them know when we had landed, despite receiving emails saying no need to phone as long as no change in flight details and the booking card also said only need to call if changes to flight. Had to wait in freezing cold with young children for car to arrive. Not what I paid for

Excellent service from Purple Parking. The shuttle bus worked really well and was quick and efficient both ways. Staff were friendly and well organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great value for money and very reliable. Highly recommended.

Such a smooth, hassle-free start and end to our trip abroad. Bus was waiting on our arrival in the car park and fortunately it rolled up just as we left the terminal on our return. All positive.

Couldn't fault the parking and bus service too terminal 3 Heathrow however, the return home bus pick up was a bit different. We was picked up, no problem with that part. The problem came with the driver moaning because my wife and I had to lift 8 suitcases on, as our kids couldn't lift them. He then drove with no care for people standing near the suitcases. 3 adults had to stand and hold the suitcases because the driving was so erratic. Once returned to the car park, the driver continued to moan to other staff etc after deserting the bus and walking off moaning.

I have over the years tried several Meet and Greet operators. After some bad experiences with some I now only ever use Purple Parking. They have NEVER let me down. Always there with a desk and ready to receive and deliver the car without delay.

I booked with I ❤️ Meet and Greet via Purple parking and couldn’t have had a worse experience. Upon return the driver asked me to sign for the car before he gave me the key. When I entered the car it was clear that a dreadful job had been done of the valet, which I had paid £40 extra for. When I started the car I realised the rear view mirror had been broken and was laying on the passenger seat. When I got out the car and tried to complain the driver who brought my car was rude and couldn’t have been less helpful, even saying at one point ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ When I returned to the car and checked for further damage I realised that despite the car still having rubbish in it and not being cleaned properly, they had thrown away my residence parking permit (which costs £200)! When I called the number to try and get help I was told that I needed to get off the line and send an email to customer support. Do NOT use this company unless you want to have your car returned to you damaged and not even receive and apology, let alone any compensation. I ❤️ Meet and Greet, should actually read: I ❤️ ripping off customers!!

We did the meet and greet car drop off at Gatwick Airport and it was great. It really was something to come out of the terminal and see you car drive up to meet you. As it was during the sub-zero temperatures, it was lovely getting into a warm car. Top marks for this service.
