“Needed more clear signs for long stay jet parks ,got on wrong bus even asking driver on a jet parks bus As for hotel booked by yourselves well that was disgusting the whole place Needed a good clean, the bedding was the worst ever dirty”

“Checking in before arrival meant No hustle in parking and collecting my car. However post code to the car park was created confusing, therefore I lost time getting lost trying to locate the parking site.”

“They cracked my windscreen, despite proof that there was not one mark on my windscreen they didn’t want to accept liability. Will NEVER park here again and I advise everyone else not to either. Absolute joke of a company. Since arriving home I’ve heard stories of them damaging peoples cars a lot worse than mine”

“Booked again with Purple Parking. An excellent service from start to finish. The booking is easy to complete and confirmation is instant. On arrival at the airport, Meet and Greet is in a fantastic location at East Midlands. Arrivals and departures are literally across the road. Checking in is straightforward and efficient. In the office, all staff are friendly, professional and courteous. Collecting the car at the end of the holiday is just as easy, with the car waiting in a nearby bay. Booking with Purple Parking is completely stress free. Just what you need for a relaxing holiday. Would recommend without hesitation and not bother searching the Internet as rates are competitive.”
