Convenient and easy parking. I use this place every time I go to the airport and overall very happy. The only downside was the return shuttle bus which was crammed with far too many passengers standing down the aisle and felt unsafe.

Very easy to drop off. Was bussed to the airport almost immediately and when we landed, 2 hours late, they were waiting at the pick up point. All went very well

Once we found the car park everything was smooth - although we forgot our zone number so took a while to find the car on our return. Great price and efficient buses though so will return.

We have used purple parking for many years and have always had good service…..however having booked for NCP Scotpark larger spaces we were disappointed on arrival to find the car park full….we were diverted to another car park….so what was the point of paying more for larger spaces but getting a standard size space…..otherwise no issues.

Very simple. Luton is not amongst my favourite airports to use, but the Purple Parking meet and greet was pretty simple. Easy drop off on floor 3 of carpark 1, short walk to the terminal. Collection equally as simple.

Easy peasy, take a ticket from machine, straight in, find a space, park, go on holiday. Load up car on return from holiday and drive to exit, place your ticket in the machine, barrier opens then your on the way home.

The directions to the floor of the car park at Heathrow are not clear. Our booking reads as ‘meet and greet’ which is the sign we followed (1st floor) which was the wrong floor (we needed the 4th) which cost us an extra £19:50 just for going to the wrong floor for a minute, we didn’t even leave the car. There is not enough room for the check in desks by the lifts with people coming and going and it was all very chaotic and unorganised and the staff were rude and unfriendly. As such I will not use this parking again.

Had to wait over 30 minutes in freezing temperatures for the car to be brought. Then the back window had over 3 inches of snow/ice on it that hadn’t been cleared
