The price for my long stay was favourable compared to alternative choices. The transfer to and from the airport is appreciated although when flying outbound I use a taxi service because the buses used are unable to access Virgins upper class wing area. On my return from my annual long vacation (Seven weeks this time) my car battery was flat. Usually after similar long stays there has been no problem. One of the staff connected to my battery and my car started immediately. I was grateful for this. Further flights from Heathrow or other airports will result in my looking at Purple Parking as a first option. I have been accommodated favourably by Purple Parking on a number of occasions and I have been very satisfied.

Heathrow T5 Business Meet & Greet drop off and pickup went like clockwork … what more can I say? The price seemed very reasonable for super convenience and hassle free process.

I've parked with you regularly for 10 years at Bath Road without any issues, however this time I have been very disappointed. My alloy was severely kerbed whilst in Purple Parking care to the extent that a brand new tyre had to be replaced and I have a chunk missing from the rim. I had a low tyre pressure light come on as I was exiting the carpark. Obviously I had left the premises so I have no way to prove or claim for it but it would have been adult for whoever done it own up when I picked the car up! Thanks PP I'n now £162 out of pocket.

As always service was second to none. We have used Purple Parking numerous times and have always been pleased with the service provided. Even when we returned from holiday, only to find that our car wouldn’t start, they jump started us, enabling us to get home.

Made me feel safe to park the car near airport, and I drive between to purple park and home is smoothly, but the distance between parking and airport is a bit far.

Very efficient at both ends - though I wish I’d known how to find drop-off point in confirmation email or other communications. Also, I thought I had to call when we were through border, but turns out it wasn’t necessary - the car was there already even though we had arrived slightly early, had only hand luggage and were fast to get through. We were in our car within 15 minutes of landing. Excellent

I used the self park ive used purple parking a few times now at luton ..so easy shuttle was relaible great service ..won't use anything else

I was able to park easily, board the coach to Heathrow and arrive in plenty of time. On the return the coach arrived fairly quickly and my car was waiting for me which meant a speedy start to my journey home.

Bristol Airport's multi-storey next-to-terminal car park came in 15% under the direct booking price. My only criticism - possibly not PP's problem - was that putting my car's registration into the machine on my return came up with no recognition, rather than telling me I had pre=paid and could just drive out. One if the downsides of replacing people with AI. I wonder where the robots park their cars.
