“Everything was great EXCEPT I parked my car at Birmingham Airport for 3 nights & returned to have the grill stolen from the front bumper of my car! The company refused to take any responbility. Very disappointing. I would rather take a taxi next time to avoid theft of parts of my vehicle. Don't know how this could happen as the car park is manned & barriered, but regardless the company was not forthcoming in terms of my complaint.”

“We have used Purple Parking twice for 7 day holidays to Spain and Malta. Both times they were straightforward and efficient to deal with. This time, we were slightly late but they have us a grace period of ~1 hr which was appreciated. Would use them again.”

“I had a very good experience. I accidentally left my mobile phone behind before taking the shuttle to the airport. After realizing it at the airport, I informed the driver, who promptly contacted the reception and assured me that the phone would be safely kept there. I'm grateful to the team for their kind and efficient support.”

“Very effective and hassle free solution to travelling to the airport. Location easy to find using SatNav. Easy to park. Did not have to wait long for a transfer bus on either side. Would use again and recommend to others.”

“Secure Airparks Edinburgh provided excellent service and very friendly transfer drivers from the holiday inn express to and from the airport. We will definitely use again. Hotel stay and parking was very reasonable!”

“Check in and check out were quick and efficient. When leaving for the airport, a bus was ready to go straight away. What wasn’t so good was the time we had to wait at the airport to return to the car. We waited over 30 minutes, during which time so many buses passes us, to pick people up for the Park and Ride etc”
