Easy drop off and collect on return. Close to the terminal. All you need really.

Very good service - Easy drop off, check-in and the bus to the terminal was there waiting. Collection was great too, car ready and waiting just by the office !!

Dropping off my car was easy , no problem and collecting it after my break . Staff had written where they had moved my car to which makes it better

Very easy to sign in and transfer to terminal. On this occasion I paid twice for this booking so looking to get a refund on one. I did email Q parking about it but heard nothing back

Tried charging 20 pound on return for change of terminal that was already paid but not noted down then delayed the return of my vehicle by 32 minutes due to your staff’s incompetence

Totul bine organizat! Transferul la si de la aeroport foarte prompt, fara așteptare! 👍 Un lucru foarte important este faptul că bariera se deschide instantaneu când esti acolo, fara a mai avea nevoie de scanare sau alte verificări. TOTUL FOARTE BINE!!!👍

The meet and greet was quite difficult in Heathrow t3 they keep calling you while you at trying to find the location then you park your car and they tell you to goto the lift there are 2 sets of lifts then they keep calling you over and over getting annoyed with you as you doing know where they are. Then you have a ticket to pay at £7.50 then when you land and call them they bring your car back but it's not easy to find again they get really annoyed with you. They you are given another ticket to pay on exit of £8.00 thought these fees would of been included in the parking fee. The car footwell was filthy when we got back into it. The driver had been using the heated seats they were just rude.

While my car was in purple parking it was involved in a collision which I wasn’t informed of, my car notified me after I had collected my car, I have tried to contact customer service however there is no number and having to wait for a email!

It was easy to book, the bus driver was lovely and the staff put my car in the disabled bay nearest the reception. Directions to the car park explained well and the cost was less than I expected. I did get a bit confused with the right bus back from the airport but that was my fault for not checking the receipt properly as I had parked at APH under the umbrella of purple parking. But I would definitely recommend and use them again.
