“Booked online put my reg in there system found my make and model and gave me the price. Paid for the parking got there at 6 in the morning to be told my vehicle was too big and I needed to pay another £120 to park there. So parking cost me £200. Would have been cheaper to park at the airport. Won’t be using them again”

“Very difficult to say: polite staff in cramped conditions with slow movement from parking to terminal and back again. No assistance for disabled passengers from staff but plenty from other passengers. On the way back the flight took one hour but it took three to get back home as the bus travelled all over LHR before delivering passengers back.”

“It was a trouble free experience. I gave purple parking a challenge in that my plane missed it’s connection and I did not get back to car until midnight instead of 18:00 This was no trouble although I would have been the last customer that day I will definitely use this service again. How would I give it 5*. I would improve the signage at terminal 4. That is all.”

“There was no signage in either T2 or T4. There were no directions on the web site. Your locations were little trollies and we had to ask Heathrow Meet and Greet where you were. This was both on arrival at T4 and collection at T2. The whole experience was a stress we could have done without before and after a long flight. We are unlikely to use you again.”
