“Purple Parking did not make me happy. The car park was alomost full, with several cars cruising and looking for a space, in fact for ten minutes we thought it was full, then thankfully fould a space. During this time we realised that Purple Parking do not provide an obvious helpline.”

“Meet and Greet was very easy to use and the location to Gatwick North terminal was just a short walk. The return pick up was just as easy, however the car must of been parked in a field under a tree as the tyres and rims were muddy and bird droppings evident on the roof, windows and rear door.”

“We arrived back at around 02.30am went to get the bus to the long stay parking but the first bus was fully packed so myself and at least 10 other people had to wait for the next bus which took nearly an hour to come and one couple had a baby with them. I don’t think this was acceptable as it was early hour’s and we had at least 2 and a half hours drive home when you state that a bus comes every 15mins. After we waited 45 three other bus did come but not long stay parking. We will not be using purple parking again as when you have had a flight you just want to get home and not have to wait around really felt sorry for the young couple with the baby I think you need to look at putting on more bus for the price you charge for parking. 😡”

“We arrived signed in got the coach and went to Gatwick. On the way back we waited a short while and the coach took us back to the parking and we picked up the car. Everything was easy.”

“Always happy using Purple Parking, although we did have a slight problem when we realised the day before flying that the registration on the documents were incorrect although the make and colour of our car was correct, unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of anyone and the help guide was unable to change the information, fortunately we were able to resolve this at the car park but only this time due to GDPR !!! The moral of the story is make sure you double check the details on your documents !!”

“Pretty straight forward once we found the entrance as there was no purple parking signs so was unsure at first if we were in the right place. Plenty of spaces to park. Bus transfers were quick and easy .”
